We had ordered online and the coffee was not how it typically supposed to taste, more disappointing was the breakfast croissant. Burned and not fresh (previous day). Definitely dropped in quality.

Aye ay ay..rate SB's??!! You go into one and basically been in all! Busy times, you're waiting longer than usual for your order. Some SB's....I said some....you need the code to use the restroom and that is an.... issue.... especially if it's busy and you ask for the code to unlock the door.

Perfectly located Starbucks that actually has a staff that has a sense of urgency. The place was packed which made me almost run out of there, but I was with a friend, and she very much wanted Starbucks.

That being said, we ordered and the staff was so eager to get the drinks out as quickly as possible while maintaining accuracy. There was a good amount of seating but limited availability.

I stopped by with no idea on what to order, the friendliest employee Dillon, took care of me way more than he needed. He put me on the most delicious coffee I’ve ever tried and then also threw in a small sample refresher that blew my mind. Thank you so much. Love this starbucks🙏🙏

I personally think this is the best Starbucks because the works are very nice and kind. If you work remote and want a coffee and a nice, quiet place to work I would recommend it. The coffee is amazing you can’t beat it.

I ordered a plain bagel toasted with butter. So upset I wasted my money, I could’ve even eat it. It was warmed, soft, and rubbery not like I’d prefer it to be (hence toasted). It took 15 mins to get it, I wish it would’ve been worth it.

Today was my first time placing an order at this Starbucks. It honestly looked so dirty, which should have been my first red flag. The second red flag was that no one greeted me, and the third red flag was that there was no menu posted behind the cash register as there is in most Starbucks locations. Honestly, you have to be a mind reader to order at this Starbucks because when my drink was made, I had no idea it was ready because no one called my name. I only found out because the girl who made my sandwiches called my name and put them next to my drinks.

Honestly, today, I needed to pick something to eat, but with how expensive everything is becoming, I will not give Starbucks my money again. Considering how hard things are, the people working at this store, especially the girl making the drinks, should have a better attitude. I saw another comment where a lady posted a picture of the girl making the drinks and made a similar complaint. It just baffles me how much customer service is declining.

Please don't ask me to share my review in another link. My review was posted, and you can figure out what you want to do with it. If you have time to respond, you have time to resend it to whoever it needs to get to to improve the quality of this starbucks.
