Today, I had an amazing experience at The Parkland Shoppes Starbucks. Even though it was extremely busy this morning, the staff handled everything so well. One of the shift leads was incredibly kind and helped me locate my drink while keeping me updated on its status, which made the wait much easier. They made sure I felt acknowledged and taken care of.
