These young kids are the most SWEETEST kids. Watching them interact with customers is commendable. Review is in order as they allowed me to take their picture
My kiddo loves the ice cream!
Great selection at reasonable prices, and very good service.
Yesterday we bought ice cream at the shop. It is a kids playground. Girl who was selling ice cream was dressed very inappropriate. Her bra was coming out out of her tank top, what an inappropriate look for that kind of place. Red super long nails, half naked is absolutely disgusting for kids ice cream shop!!!!

Most awesome ice cream and ItalianIce and a showGreat for after fun in park
My kids and I absolutely LOVE this place!!! Besides how delicious the ice cream is, it’s the coolest thing in the world watching it get made and frozen right in front of your eyes. There are so many flavors to choose from and so many toppings. But the part where it gets frozen with nitrogen just never gets old. It’s mesmerizingly captivating. And the service is great!!! I’m from out of town, but whenever we’re back in Parkland, we’ll be sure to visit Sweet Lou’s for some nitrogen ice cream. We’re hooked!!!
Terrible at this new location. I always really enjoyed Sub-Zero when it was down the street by Public, but this new concession stand location just doesn’t compare. The selection of flavors and toppings is drastically reduced and the service isn’t good. They only had tops for the regular sized cups and they don’t have bags. Apparently it was too difficult to put a small size in a regular cup after I said I wanted a top. No peanut butter cups, peanut butter, butterfingers or heath bars as a topping...what kind of ice cream shop is this? They use to be 5-stars, now they deserve the 1-star.
Was much nicer when it was by Publix/Parkland Commons... the park location has bugs flying around, service is slow. Bowl for frozen cereal had a bug in it and there are ants on the counter.

Awesome experience in here. They let you watch the entire process. The front counter is nice and open area so the view is great. Definitely bring your family here some time for a nice ice cream treat.Friendly staff and a wide variety of flavors and choices.I'm a cookies and cream lover so they were able to make it happen. You should find any flavor your looking for here.
The girls behind the counter very nice, that's about it. #TRIBE
This place is a blast. Literally. Fresh cream, delicious toppings and your choice of flavors, blasted with nitrogen and turned into the freshest ice cream on the planet, right before your eyes. Sub Zero has put the fun back into ice cream. It's just as much a show, as it is a delicious treat.....and they can cater your next party, which is something that most ice cream shops can't pull off!!
Nice workers, delicious icecream.
