I asked for a little mayonnaise on the bread. Server squeezed a lot of mayo on top of the sandwich not on the bread. I had to return and asked for a new sandwich without mayonnaise. Tomatoes should go in the sandwich before lettuce. The worst Subway sandwich ever. Won’t ever go back to that store.

The ingredients don’t look fresh and are not fresh. They skim on the sauces, cheese and meat. I’ve tried this subway location a plethora of times and nothing changes. Forced to either not eat subway anymore or travel to another location. If you want to waste money then eat here.

I give them 2 stars for extreme cleanliness. I've been going here for at least 10 years. Was always a friendly atmosphere. The last year the customer service has gone downhill. The old man was always not very friendly, but now he is downright rude! Dude, its my money, why roll your eyes if I ask for ripe red tomatoes and not the unripe yellow ones that can't be eaten? And now the usually very friendly chubby guy (owners brother) has an equally bad attitude. Very strange behavior. I wish you well folks, but your bad attitudes are creepy and it shows you don't want my money. I'll spend it where I feel wanted and give it to a business that appreciates it. Don't know whats going on and frankly don't care. This location will not make it past the summer, as there is a "customer shortage." (Not really, its your bad attitudes that caused them to not come back!)
Edit: ordered through the app. Had to work, so this was the fastest way to get my sub. Got there. Sub not made. Reason: they were out of meatballs! OK, no problem, it happens. But they didn't even try to reach out. Since I ordered on the app, they have my number and email. They just didn't try. And it was empty! So I had to wait while they made a different sub. No apologies. Anyway, I deleted the app. Never again. I really tried to give them another chance. But with Jersey Mike's here now, they don't fill any need for the community.

This location lacks professionalism and customer service. I have never had a subway employee be rude, condescending, and demeaning to me. I simply asked a question about 1 particular sandwich and I was met with an instant attitude and an eye roll from the employee. This continued on down the line as she made my sandwich. As a veteran who served this country. I will politely take my business elsewhere. I really hope the owner of this franchise reads this and makes changes so other veterans aren’t treated this way.
