Fusion food done right. In SFL fusion doesn't always translates to good food. Here, they do it well. And although their flavors may seem to not stray too far to be fully innovative, the ingredients were extremely fresh which is a must in any sushi restaurant. Service was top notch and shootout to Stephanie whose recommended plates were delicious.I definitely recommend.
