We arrived buzzing with excitement for Aqua Tequila, but left with dashed hopes and rumbling tummies—turns out, anticipation doesn’t pair well with mix-ups. We ordered the tableside guac and blue tequila fajitas, requesting a simple swap: extra chicken instead of shrimp, thanks to a serious allergy. After a 20-30 minute wait that felt like an eternity (despite flagging our server, who passed the buck to another staffer), the guac ghosted us entirely, and the fajitas arrived swimming in shrimp. Stuffed on chips and simmering frustration, we settled the bill and hightailed it to a spot in the same plaza where allergies aren’t treated like an optional garnish. Fingers crossed they shake up their service game soon.

Let me start by saying Gustavo L. was hands down the MVP of our meal. 🙌 He was prompt, polite, and knew the menu like the back of his hand — the kind of server who makes you feel like you ordered exactly the right thing every time.
Now let’s talk about the food… the portions are MASSIVE. Come hungry. Maybe skip lunch. Possibly train for it. 😂 My family ordered a wide variety (pics attached), and not a single dish missed.
We kicked things off with fresh salsa and table-side guac — because if you’re going to start a fiesta, you start it right. 🥑🔥
For the main course, we went all in: a chimichanga, Cali Burrito, enchiladas, and Ciara’s quesadilla (which I would happily write a separate love letter to). Every plate came out hot, flavorful, and generously portioned.
And just when we thought we couldn’t eat another bite… chocolate-filled churros entered the chat. Crispy on the outside, warm and gooey on the inside — the perfect sweet ending to an already fantastic meal.
Great service, huge portions, bold flavors, and zero disappointments. We’ll absolutely be back — and probably requesting Gustavo again! 🌮✨

We had an absolute blast. Food was delicious and great portions so definitely worth the money. Drinks were amazing. Recommend the guacamole station too. It might have been a little bit but all worth it and it just opened so understandable. Inside was beautiful as well and love how they did it. Going to give huge kudos to TJ. AMAZING waiter and will definitely ask for him next time. Attentive, knowledgeable and a good time- he was awesome. Definitely coming back !

The atmosphere was so good, Our server was T.J and he is excellent. He takes care of his people and making sure your drinks don’t go half way and checking in on his tables while eating and has a great personality and very funny! If you want a good experience here ask for T.J
