I’ve had chicken salad chick once before at different location. Previously I had enjoyed the fancy Nancy. I was looking forward to having it again at this new location close to my home. When I first started my sandwich I thought perhaps they had simply put the wrong chicken salad in it, because I couldn’t find any apples or grapes at all. I’m not a confrontational person but I must have looked distressed because an employee came to ask if she could help me. I pointed out that I thought it was perhaps a mistake and instead of replacing my sandwich, she made me dissect it in front of her and pointed out a single tiny apple on one side of the sandwich. There was no other fruit visible and the whole experience was awkward and embarrassing for me. She brought me a little scoop of additional fancy Nancy chicken salad that had a total of 3 grapes in it to compensate. I then had to reconstruct my own sandwich with the meager portion provided. I see from other reviews here this is not an isolated incident with this particular kind of chicken salad at this location. Take from this what you will but I likely won’t return to this location.

Very delicious and pretty quick as well for just opening. Placed a pickup order and was ready to go even 5 minutes before I was supposed to pick it up. Will definitely be visiting frequently and glad to have a chicken salad in Parrish

Had the pleasure of visiting today 02.02.26 for the third time and I have to admit, I've never seen such a well, out together team that all actually look like they love what they do.
Me and mine noticed not only how clean the restaurant was along with the smiles the staff served but also noticed General Manager Eric. He was very kind, was in the mesh with his team doing all the same work but offering a big, warm welcoming smile to all the guests.
What a gem of a place.

Wasn't sure why all the hype but gave it a try anyways. Its actually delicious! We've returned multiple times already. The owner is very courteous and kind. Her table side manners are impeccable. The employees have all been amazing as well. The store is new and clean. The food comes out fast, accurate, and temperature appropriate. They seem happy to alter the sandwich when asked, ie toasted and such.

Way overpriced for the quantity of food you receive. There is 90% bread product and crackers versus the chicken. Also they may have an issue with their take out lids collapsing when hot soup is added causing a complete mess with the entire order.

I ordered a chicken salad sandwich on croissant with side of pasta salad and an iced tea. It was almost $15. I don’t mind paying for quality, but the portions are pathetic. More bread than chicken salad no more than 2 ounces of pasta salad. Surely you can afford to give bigger portions. This might be why the place was empty at lunchtime. Do better.
