Ordered 10 minutes before I got there not expecting it to be done. I ask how long it will take and they say 20 minutes. They bring me out the wrong pizzas 15 minutes later. I take them back in and ask how long my order will be, they say 15 minutes. The math is not mathing. I go back to my car and wait another 20 minutes. I come inside and my pizza is just now going into the oven. The employees were extremely unprofessional and incompetent. Go to literally any other store.

Ordered one veggie pizza and cheese garlic bread without bacon, went to pick up order, came home Veggie pizza is ok, cheese garlic bread had lots bacon on it. Called them refused to give money back and asked us to wait 5 hours if we want to get it delivered. Please dont do this, mistake happens but own it and do right by customer.

I placed an order for pick up. I got to the store & stood there for a while, 2 of the workers just watched & went about their job. Nobody greeted me. I then said Hi loudly because I couldn’t believe nobody will ask hey how may we help you. One looked at me & continued his job, at this point I just walked out. When I hopped in the car then they all came to the front. Definitely wasted a drive & clearly they didn’t care about providing service.
