I was disappointed because they pulled a Starbucks. The coffee was down 2 inches from the top. I said something and they didnt offer to add more milk or ice or anything. I feel that DD has begun to become the other Starbucks. There coffee is getting just as expensive as them
Coffee is always good, asked for suprise donuts got six sprinkled ones so they were all the same and also the sticker the put on my Togo coffee won’t come off so I have to drink without a lid.
I need to amend my previous review. Overall score doesn’t lie. On 5/2/2025 I ordered a hot coffee and donut holes at 7:54AM. I arrived at the store at 8:15. Didn’t walk out until 8:21. Also never received my donuts. I have no idea how management doesn’t see an issue here. There has been ZERO corrective action in terms of workflow and how orders are managed since they day this store opened. I will not be spending anymore money at this location.
