Food is real good as always but the prices are keeping me away. There use to be a salad with dinners included as most places but they make you pay for it now as it should be included.. Keep raising prices and you will drive more and more away. I know people already that won't go anymore because of this

Food is usually really good! They have a nice outside patio to eat on! The one thing the restaurant needs to enforce is NO SMOKING on the patio! I’m tired of hearing the excuse that it’s outside and there’s nothing they can do to prevent it. Most places don’t let you smoke on the patio! We rarely go anymore because the meal was always interrupted with cigarettes! Last time we got to go containers and sat in the truck to finish our meals! Managers seem to never be present either!

Made a reservation last Monday,in person for January 27 at 6pm. I reserved the round table at the suggestion of the desk attendant. This was for my wife's birthday celebration. Upon arriving tonite the table was occupied. Lots of apologies but no satisfaction. No offer of recompense for this inconvenience. Meal was good as usual and service was too. Not happy!

My husband and I ate at Ferraro's on January 28th at 5:15pm. Our waitress was Ronnie. She was a good waitress but we would have liked her to smile. She acted like she really did not want to be there.
On the other hand, Emma came over to our table to check to see if we had gotten all our food and if we needed anything else. She had a super personality and I personally asked if she was an assistant manager. She said no. She went over to several tables to check to see if they were happy with everything. Emma made our night. We are glad that you have a person like this who enjoys work
working here. Our compliments to Emma!!!!

Pizza was disgusting, and the manager at the time told me when I returned my large pizza asking for my money refunded I was told that ONE SLICE is missing. I wasn't able to get a refund because if I didn't like it it would show one bite. The chicken wings were Saggy and tasted disgusting and couldn't get my money refunded because one wing was missing.
Called and reserved for 16 people..not sure why but had 3 tables spread out in the middle of the restaurant..!! A corner..a back wall..outside..anything would have been preferable.. My sister arrived first and didn't bring to anyone's attention so I let it pass.. After ordering..I asked for a salad..with the dressing on the side.. My salad arrived..SMOTHERED..in dressing..which is exactly what I did not want.. I asked for bread..to sop up some of the dressing..and was told it was in the oven..would be out shortly.. Meanwhile I am watching other meals come out with bread on their plates.. Next my pasta comes out..Bolognese..and I am by no means a picky eater..but I found the addition of peas to be a bit strange.. Once again I was informed the bread was in the oven..would be out shortly.. About the time I was done eating..the bread finally arrived at the table.. It was a busy night and I guess things happen..but was my sons 18th birthday and he asked to go to Ferraros.. I footed the bill for 5 of the guests..and I guess I expected a little better..!!
I had placed my order at 6:12pm for delivery and they said it would arrive at 7:12 pm there was nothing. Finally I called at 7:40 and they said it was on its way. The delivery driver finally arrived at 8:15pm. The pizza was cold and the rest of the food we ordered was also cold. I called and they said they would credit me $25 but I’m still waiting for the credit.

Huge disappointment tonight ... Bianca pizza was the most bland white pizza I have ever had across this country ..the fried .mushrooms at $10 are an insult for the price......second time there and second disappointment..I think I will throw in the towel on this place .

When so many choices for food around and one choose to enter your place. Ferrarros needs to wow " customers" not only with the greetings but with the food and the service. Prices gone up, and portions are much smaller . I asked the waiter for garlic powder and was told they didn't have any. . ?? An Italian restaurant without garlic powder "
