The FB page wasn’t updated to reflect any changes in opening hours/days (drove by during their “open” hours the Friday and Saturday after Christmas and they were closed) and no one responded to my multiple FB messages asking if they are going to be open.

Our food was excellent but you should avoid coming here if you are brown as I don’t think that brown people are welcomed. We wanted to order the smoked mullet but the owner said they ran out for the day. However, the people after us ordered the mullet without any issue.

Just a roadside local old Florida feel place. We loved the grouper dip...but it is only once a month offering. Highly recommend local fish and shrimp tacos! Perfect on their picnic tables and the weather finally makes that fun!

We absolutely love the smoked mullet, and the Grouper spread. Delicious!! The prices are great, also. We travel over an hour to eat here. This place is so worth the drive. The staff is super friendly, and there is a nice area to sit and eat. I would highly recommend this establishment. You will not be disappointed.

I found Gulley's searching online for smoked mullet, and I am soooo happy I did. They make the best smoked mullet, as well as the best grouper dip. The staff are very kind, helpful, and the prices are fantastic. I live over an hour away, but coming here is so worth the drive. I am very pleased, and I will definitely be back for more.

Driven by 1 million times. Just on a win and without my wife, I stopped in to see what it was all about. A middle of the nowhere roadside smokehouse hidden by brush hides a secret gem in a field. I have never tried smoked mullet before, but it’s seen the handpainted signs from the road Quite a delicious fish, not fishy at all. The bones were a few and far in between but easy to spot the prices were fantastic and the portions were great. The owner was present and super friendly. This is a serious fish place hidden in the woods. You must stop by when you’re in the area. I couldn’t give it a ding against the atmosphere only because it is what it is a roadside stop so there’s some rundown buildings that you walk through to get to where you need to go. But I loved it. You will too.

I can't say enough about this spot. I was reminded about the smoked mullet spread when my brother in-law, who doesn't like fish, raved about it. Hands down the best fish spread I've had. Don't get spooked by the tore up building next to it. The area was almost completely destroyed by the hurricanes. There were 2 other food trucks in the lot and I hear they may build a stage on the property for music.
