My wife and I rushed to get to this location because they shut down serving breakfast at 10:30. We got there before 10:30 but was told that they had stopped serving breakfast. There overhead signage was still showing breakfast items. How do you stop serving breakfast items before it was 10:30 ? There was not another customer in this place. We walked out and went next door to First Watch.

Always out of everything, literally today no lettuce to make salads and out of baguettes as usually. Just go somewhere else they are always out of everything here

I’ve been to this Panera 3 times for breakfast. Each time items were not available. The last time was today, no eggs available. This is ridiculous. Will not be returning. The manager was disengaged and seemed oblivious to customers walking in and out without purchasing. He was engaged in a conversation, walked right be him discussing the problem 0 awareness.
The green goddess avocado toast is literally my favorite food that they serve..

In drive through again after they forgot my sandwich & gave me a salad with no tomatoes , so I had to drive back. The clerk already said they were out of Green goddess salad dressing & the bread for my sandwich but failed to tell me they were also out of salad tomatoes. This is the 3rd time this has happened for me here & the only Panera that always seems to be out of items.

So wanted to get soufflee but the 4 they were selling were burned across the entire top. So I say to man working there they are burned and his response is that’s the way they are supposed to me. I said no they are not and proceeds to argue with me that the oven does that. What!!! So get it fixed!! He then says ,”I’m going to eat one”. I said go ahead! So rude and condescending won’t be back.
I purchased dinner here a few months ago, and not only was my order wrong…but it looked like this. I called on the way home and spoke with the manager, Zach. He was very apologetic and offered to comp us for our next meal. When I went back in, I spoke with Zach and he implied that he had credited my card. He hadn’t. I showed him our text exchange, to include the photo I took of the meal, which was wrong and looked like a 4 year old made it. I reminded him that he had most certainly told us he would comp us the next time we were in. After implying, I was lying to him, he then said he would take care of us. However, I am certainly not going to beg for garbage food. By the looks of the restaurant this evening, and reading past reviews, it is obvious that my one time experience there was typical for this establishment. I decided it was best to just cut my losses. This location not only looks terrible on the inside, but their customer service is grossly lacking. Go next door to one of the other restaurants.

I come in and place the order. 1 hot coffee 1 almond pastry. 1 bagels. They give me the device for my order to so I come to know my order is ready. 20 minutes. For bagel. And the manager's inside in the kitchen, I ask my the device says, order is ready and I'm waiting to see me on wedding being over there front of him. I asked a couple times hidden, says nothing, not even the one word. And I saw my receipt right on the counter, but it is not my order. Because I think you see my colors. That's why he didn't talk to me. He didn't give me a service, but other people's right after me, he just talked to them. Give us a service, give them food and everything other than me.
I think the panera, if you need to go, make sure your color. if you're Brown. You're not gonna get the service, I think.
After I say it to the cashier, he gave me a bagel without it.
It's a completely now, but he just took it out from there. Freezers or frozens like it's hard and cold, not even the cuts or warm. He just hand it to me straight.

Everything was horrible. This panera location is absolutely trash, it should honestly be shut down. They completely messed up my order. The sandwich I ordered is supposed to come with wheat bread, American cheese, turkey, lettuce, tomatoes sauce that's included with it, onions, peppers, etc. Not only was the bread messed up but there was only cheese and turkey on my sandwich. What kind of sandwich is that. They had me waiting for such a long time for the food in the drive through as well. And even down to the chips is horrible. There was 4 chips in my bag.... save your money people please and do not get from this panera

Not much issues with the food by oh my lord will you be waiting for a minimum of 20 minutes every time, no matter if its the drive thru or inside. Not to mention the drive thru is one lane so if everyone in front of you is waiting 10-20 minutes for their food, you can't leave and are now stuck there. The staff have no sense of urgency and I have never been in a slower panera.
