I had to wait 45 minutes for them to give me the worst pizza I've ever tasted and seen in my life, something super bad presented the delay for a pizza something inconceivable I don't recommend them

I'll order the cheese pizza around 10:00 p.m. on July 9th. I pulled up to obtain the pizza and checked in through the app. Sat there for 10 minutes waiting on them to bring my food out to the car ended up having to call them. They finally brought the pizza out to the car at 20 after the hour. When I got home the pizza was cold and they overcooked it so a plain cheese pizza basically was burned. Don't use the car side service it's not worth it. And the app literally request tips as an option.

Before I post this review I want to make it clear that Pizza Hut is by far our favorite pizza of all pizza places, the pizza itself is usually really good and the big pay off for us is usually the crust. We have eaten at many locations(including this one in Ellenton FL) So it really saddens my wife and I to have to say that the pizza we ordered this afternoon (6/5/24) at the Ellenton FL location was one of THE worst tasting pizzas we have had from a Pizza Hut location ever. The body of the slices had a very tainted lingering taste and the crust was very stale. Unfortunately we were unable to continue eating this pie and had to throw it away. Nothing more aggravating than to throw money in the garbage like that. I doubt we will be returning to this location unless this store starts showing great improvement.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with a recent food delivery experience. Last night, our delivery driver, Ryan, arrived with our order in the back seat of his car along with his dog. This is absolutely unacceptable and raises significant concerns about the sanitary conditions under which our food was transported.
I am appalled that Pizza Hut does not seem to have measures in place to verify and ensure that your delivery drivers adhere to basic hygiene standards. The presence of a dog in the same area as our food is a serious health concern, and it is baffling to me that such a situation could occur.
This incident not only violates basic food safety protocols but also undermines my trust in your service. I urge you to take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that such breaches of sanitary practices do not happen in the future. There must be regulations and standards in place that prohibit such behavior.

I was very disappointed in my last visit! Have been coming here for years, and generally, the service is good. Bought 3 pizzas for the family, and I made a simple request before leaving, which was if butter could be placed on the crust as they once did. I was told plainly no. I probed further and was told that's only for stuffed crust. Albeit this is surprising to me bc this is the first I've heard of it, the lack of care of my request is the problem. It doesn't cost anything to be courtesy in your denial "if" this is the new policy. The option to pay for it was not offered it was simply a no and go away! The last time I will come here for anything!

I get home after a long day walked in the door at 6:15 pm told my wife order the kids pizza. It gets here by a door dasher like. I don't trust door dash. I ordered pizza hut for pizza hut to deliver my food this lady goes and starts going to random apartments with the wrong order cause she brings someone else order to me. And come to find out she was a door dasher no thanks. I don't trust door dashers period. Now let's say that was my last 40 bucks or it could of been here's the kicker they took my money right away but now I gotta wait 3 to 5 business days for money back this is my kids got dang good I was getting them some pizza I live right across from hungry Howie's I could of just wen there but instead i said will switch up and here we go my kids got screwed. Now I will not be going back here every again I assure you that I'll go elsewhere.

Today was my first order and it was perfectly baked and delivered on-time. The baker was really polite considering that I messed up my online order. It was about 2 pm when I ordered. The pan pizza was baked exactly to the way I wanted, with less cheese and more sauce. I hope the boss knows the restaurant has a fantastic staff member.
Despite that I enjoy their prices and pizza over Domino's they are terrible with customer service. I simply as a delivery for a home less than 4 miles away and was refused. Leaving me to settle for Domino's.
