I was very disappointed in my last visit! Have been coming here for years, and generally, the service is good. Bought 3 pizzas for the family, and I made a simple request before leaving, which was if butter could be placed on the crust as they once did. I was told plainly no. I probed further and was told that's only for stuffed crust. Albeit this is surprising to me bc this is the first I've heard of it, the lack of care of my request is the problem. It doesn't cost anything to be courtesy in your denial "if" this is the new policy. The option to pay for it was not offered it was simply a no and go away! The last time I will come here for anything!

I get home after a long day walked in the door at 6:15 pm told my wife order the kids pizza. It gets here by a door dasher like. I don't trust door dash. I ordered pizza hut for pizza hut to deliver my food this lady goes and starts going to random apartments with the wrong order cause she brings someone else order to me. And come to find out she was a door dasher no thanks. I don't trust door dashers period. Now let's say that was my last 40 bucks or it could of been here's the kicker they took my money right away but now I gotta wait 3 to 5 business days for money back this is my kids got dang good I was getting them some pizza I live right across from hungry Howie's I could of just wen there but instead i said will switch up and here we go my kids got screwed. Now I will not be going back here every again I assure you that I'll go elsewhere.

Today was my first order and it was perfectly baked and delivered on-time. The baker was really polite considering that I messed up my online order. It was about 2 pm when I ordered. The pan pizza was baked exactly to the way I wanted, with less cheese and more sauce. I hope the boss knows the restaurant has a fantastic staff member.

Despite that I enjoy their prices and pizza over Domino's they are terrible with customer service. I simply as a delivery for a home less than 4 miles away and was refused. Leaving me to settle for Domino's.

Picked up a pizza which I do not usually eat pizza hut pizza, now I know why, that had to be the worse pizza I have ever eaten ,burnt dry garbage, no wonder why your reviews are horrible ,well here is another.

We had 3 gluten free pizzas delivered. They were surprisingly good! Delivery was half the time estimated which we were really happy about. Well definitely order from them again!Dietary restrictions: Love that we were able to get gluten free pizza!!

Rude incompetent staff. Sent a black cheese pizza and when I called to ask for another one, so that I could feed my children, who by the way just lost their father, I was informed by the rude young lady on the phone that the next one would look the same way.

Connor is AMAZING! Literally the best store manager. He always makes sure my order is right and always treats his staff with respect! He's so fast, but doesn't sacrifice quality for speed! This is the only Pizza Hut I will go to!There was a tall young looking guy with a bun working the front counter tonight too, I forget his name, but he was doing such a great job also! He kept calm while orders were piling in and made sure to deliver the best customer service! 5 stars to this pizza hut and 10 stars to Connor and his crew!

First time I've been to a Pizza Hut in years and last week it was fantastic everything I asked forand cooked just right. Tonight additional things on there I don't eat and things I wanted not on there plus it was very undercooked. But the guy was willing and able to make things right.
