Símple Mexican Grill

Amber was very pleasant and helpful the food was great and reasonably priced.

The atmosphere is okay for what it is. The service is minimal. The food for Mexican Grill is not even remotely close. By adding “simple” to its title is like saying we don’t really care about food or what is Mexican food. This is a horrible spin off Chipotle, but more flavorless and bland.

Recently had a misunderstanding about my takeout order. Amber took care of everything and made it right. Amber is a consistently nice and helpful presence at this establishment. If you haven't promoted Amber or given her a raise, Simple needs to do it, asap!!!

I ordered a burrito that I saw advertised on Facebook. My expectations were not met. The burrito was cold even though I ordered in store and ate there. The rice I ordered for my son was cold and the churro that came with the kids meal was hard and also cold. Overall, I don't think I will be returning to this restaurant.

Food is great but ever since they made you pay before they make your food the service has declined and without fail my order is always wrong. I said thank you when receiving my food this evening and I got stared at by the staff, a “you’re welcome” would have been nice. This place is good but has been in decline for the past couple years so to the listed items. Go back to chipotle style where you can actually watch your food be made instead of being shuffled off to the side.

I haven't been able to return for quite some time. I was going to try and make it over today, but I have read multiple reviews stating a change in the ordering process. Portions have never been consistent, and now that you can no longer watch them make your food, I'm going to pass. Too bad

I can't stop eating here... I don't know what they do to that Mayan pork, but it is outstanding!
All the ingredients are fresh and flavorful, and the portions are so big. And mostly, thank you for the churros :)
