I’ve ate at this place for a couple years. Never had an issue until they changed the way you order. The last 3 times I’ve gone my order has been messed up. Even after trying to order online to avoid the new system, it was wrong. Workers now just stand around looking around. I waited over 5 minutes for a side of queso… that should have already been in the bag.This last time they messed up the order we called and instead of getting a refund they gave us a credit, which wouldn’t be an issue if we hadn’t specifically told them that since it was the 3rd time in a row we would not return.Not to mention every time we go in now it’s dead where it used to always be busy.Hoping they return to the old way of ordering, it was right every single time and good.

Found a wire brush piece from one of those grill cleaners in my bowl a few months ago, decided to try them again recently and they changed their whole line system up. It's terrible and much slower. Chips were stale, portions much smaller than I remember. I definitely won't be coming back.

Some else mentioned the same thing. The flow change where you order first, they messed up the order both times now purposely leaving out guac or other specific items. Unfortunately you don't get to have them fix it after drove off assuming they'd get it right.
Have eaten here for years and love the food and the quality of the food. But the new flow of ordering is definitely a turn off. Especially when there is options to make ordering toppings easier for the staff and customer, but when the staff gets the order completely wrong it becomes frustrating. Even more so when you don’t go down the line with your food order and you don’t know the food is messed up till you drive home.

New way to order is terrible, spent 26 minutes waiting to order.. this is ridiculous. We always liked going through the line and seeing all the options.. not sure whos idea it was for the new way to order, but they should be terminated.

Went at 11:03 on Thursday (2/29/2024) and they were closed yet their door says their business hours start at 11... i just left. Hopefully they can be consistent on their hours for us folks who are in a hurry for work..

It might not be chipotle but it sure does hit the spot. We've been a couple times and love how easy it is to go in and order. Plenty of seating available inside and good portion sizes, food tastes fresh and service is quick and friendly. Definitely recommend. Also the horchata is delicious!
