Honestly doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I’d give it a 0 if I could. Have had nothing but problems. First time I came I had a screw in my tater tots!! Yes like a whole screw. Nothing but rude, disrespectful employees. Their side menu ordering or whatever it is, is never available. Food takes forever. Definitely not worth time, money, or gas to ever go to! Never heard anything good about this place.

This is honestly the worst Sonic location I’ve ever been to. Every time my kids request it and we go, I always say I will never return. The food is not fresh, and it always takes forever. Today I wanted to get a breakfast burrito. It was 8:05 am and there were no cars in the parking lot. It states on google that their hours start at 8 am, but there were no workers present, completely closed and you could tell there was no issues with power. This place needs new management. I am surprised they are still open at all.

While ordering my food at the speaker, One of their umbrellas flew off and hit the side of my truck and took paint off. My dog had his head out the window and it almost slammed into his head. when I got to the window and told them the manager was at the window. She looked to be about 16 years old and her response was “ I don’t even know what to say about that. I cut my finger trying to put it back.”. Extremely disappointed in how they handled this.

Today is my son’s birthday and he wanted Sonic’s, I was hesitant given our previous experiences of missing food or missed orders from the app causing long waits, but he wanted it for his birthday. We ordered via the app, and when food finally arrived over 20 mins later, drinks were missing. After waiting for our drinks we drove home to eat, discovered the sonic burger had no toppings, only cheese, sauces were missing for kids chicken tenders, and the 12” coney should have been a quarter pound dog but was 2 separate hot dogs shoved in the box (less than a quarter pound dog). Staff offered no apologies for wait or missed items, and when notifying via the app, a $5 coupon for our next order was provided. I would not recommend going here until the kitchen and staff are more organized and efficient.

Have been craving a bacon cheese burger for a while now so I decided to stop at Sonic to get one of the double smasher bacon cheese burgers on my way home. Got home with it & my tots and there was no bacon on it, it was soggy & disgusting. All I can say for the tots is they were edible. So the burger went in the garbage & I will not be going back to sonic again.
