We ordered at the window. Took our card for payment. Told to pull around to wait for our order. Young man comes with our food and told us we had to go in to pay because it didn't go through. We live 2 minutes from there. Our food was cold as ice. After having to wait you would think your food would be hot and fresh.

Today at 4:00 I was in the Drive-Thru the intercom was broken so I had to wait for 20 minutes to get up to the window the girl that was working the drive-thru was very rude I did not exactly know the name of the Frozen drink I wanted she rolled her eyes at me when I asked what choice is there were she spoke to me inside the restaurant which I could not hear her outside and then she told me it was $14 and something for one drink she said oh you wanted one I said yes I asked for one she rolled her eyes at me again and said well you'll have to wait now let's just say I left the drive-thru a little upset now that I've looked at all the other horrible posts for this establishment trust me I will never be back again
How is this place still open? Seriously asking. The service at this sonic is far worse than any other fast food place anywhere. It takes far too long for the food to be prepared. I’m a reasonable person and I’m not complaining because my food was a bit late once. It’s really really bad here. I’ve gone years in between visits and this place is worse every time I show up. Please tear this place down and give us something worth waiting for. Shame on corporate for not taking action

This place sucks. Don’t spend your money here. They don’t know what the word “sweet” is in sweet tea. They give you a bag with all the food spilled to the bottom. They don’t care about their jobs and they will never get my business again.

UPDATE: I contacted Sonic like they asked. I basically got a Sorry, that's not what we expect from our locations. And that's it. Nothing else. What a waste of time to tell them what I already told them! Why ask me to contact you to repeat myself if you were going to be so flippant and blow me off!?!
With that kind of support, I won't be going to any Sonic anymore

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with no onions. It has so many onions that I smelt them before I opened it. And there was barely any bacon! Just scraps

This kitchen is an absolute nightmare health and safety wise. For both the staff and customers. I sat in the lobby for 30 mins waiting on food. I watched a girl scratch her head and place fried in a bag. I watched a young man throw frozen food into the fryer and immediately put together a sandwich with no regard to cross contamination. Another guy finished his shift, walking out of the restaurant with pajama pants and slides on. These kids behind the counter have no business in the kitchen.

This restaurant has gone downhill in the past couple of weeks. Service is slow, and the employees are rude. I would visit 2 to 3 times a week. I will no longer until they get it fixed

I doordashed a large coke and got a nasty flat medium coke. It was pretty gross

Rude customer service. Drinks were watered down with no flavor. Ice cream was 99% syrup and 1% whipped cream. Was out of one drink, and when asked for a refund, employee walked away and ignored us. Very disappointed.

This place deserves below a zero star review. We ordered on the app in advanced and waited 30 minutes once we arrived. It said someone was on the way on the screen, but low and behold no one showed up. We hit the button and finally got a hold of someone just for them to be out of part of our order. No warning, no refund. I fully believe if we didn’t hit that button our order would have never came. Sonic, do better.
