We ordered at the window. Took our card for payment. Told to pull around to wait for our order. Young man comes with our food and told us we had to go in to pay because it didn't go through. We live 2 minutes from there. Our food was cold as ice. After having to wait you would think your food would be hot and fresh.
20 minutes does not equal "fast food" in the drive through. This is unfortunately normal for them if you're not the only car in line. The staff is really nice, though.
The girl at the window was very nice but the person taking my order didn't pay too close attention. The food was meh. They forgot the ranch. I said "extra salsa" and that apparently meant "no salsa"
