On 12/27/2025 at approximately 1255 I went through the drive through and ordered my food like normal and asked for sweet tea the guy asked if I said unsweetened tea I said no sweet tea I pull around to wait for my food took a sip it’s unsweetened tea I tell the guy hey my tea is unsweet and he then argues with me I will be reporting this to the cg and making a base complaint

Angie was awesome! She was beautiful and had great customer service. Tell Angie that we said we appreciate her. I asked her for her name because I wanted to give her a great Google review because she asked us what we wanted even before we got to the cash register so that she could have our food done at a decent time thank Angie for being very good to us. She is the best ever.

It's definitely an option for someone who doesn't have much time for lunch.It's your typical burger king.I used the drive through and even though at lunchtime it was busy.The line moved fairly quickly. The times that I went there was a female staff member working the drive through, and she was very efficient. She probably isn't a morning person and she did not talk very much but other than that.She got me, my food and it was quick.So no complaints

It's a BK that's on base... So slightly better than the average BK locations out in the public. Food was what you'd expect and service was a little odd. Communication seemed difficult when placing my order. Place was relatively clean.

This woman has 0 customer service traits. She is the worse I’ve ever experienced in a drive thru. She was mean, nasty, rude, didn’t drop off our order in the front and wanna expect us to come and grab it. It was a smooth morning with nobody behind or in front of us but she over here rushing the order.

If you’re having a bad day then go home!!! Nobody wants that nasty attitude of yours!

I’ve been coming here a couple times a week for me and my family, not because we want to, but because it’s the only fast food option on base. And every single time, it’s the same story: rude employees, rushed service, and messed-up orders.

It’s always the same two women working, and they act like customers are a burden. I go out of my way to be polite I greet them kindly, I say thank you have a nice day, I try to show basic human decency and it’s met with eye rolls, snappy attitudes, and cutting me off mid-order with “is that all?” before I can even finish speaking.

And it’s not just the attitude our orders are consistently wrong. Items missing, wrong food handed to us, things we weren’t even charged for so there’s no way to fix it without making a scene. At this point, it feels like they just don’t care.

I use manage a McDonald’s 10 years ago so I know what fast food is like behind the scenes. I know it gets busy. But this isn’t about being busy. This is about being flat-out unprofessional. It’s unacceptable especially on a military base where families are often stretched thin and just trying to grab a quick meal, the least you can do is treat people like human beings. That’s not asking for much. . We deserve better.

Other customers have agreed with me right there in the restaurant saying they’ve had the same experiences. So clearly, it’s not just me. it’s a pattern, and it’s been allowed to continue for way too long.

If you’re going to show up to work with that much attitude, maybe it’s time to find a job that doesn’t involve interacting with people.

The only restaurant on base and they have these 2 girls with zero personality or customer service skills working drive through and front. They won’t let you finish ordering one thing without interrupting with ‘is that all’ and then make it your problem when they missed an item because they didn’t hear you over their obnoxiously asking if you’re done ordering. If you don’t like your job then find another, it’s as easy as that, but don’t make the customers miss food they’re getting for their families out of convenience. Treat people just as you would like to be treated!

On Saturday, a female employee seemed to be flustered and actually caused massive delays in service. Many individuals were waiting outside. Others were already inside frustrated.

I don’t know how some people keep their jobs. If you don’t like providing customer service, find a job that keeps you away from the public. The woman behind the counter was less than friendly. Looking at paperwork on the counter while asking what I wanted. I didn’t even know she was speaking to me. No eye contact and not even standing near the register. Very impersonal and lacks customer service care. The food was typical and good enough and the restaurant was very nice and clean. Of course it was empty which surprised me for a breakfast time. Maybe the attitude there is the reason it wasn’t busy. The owner needs to clean house and find people that actually care.

I am a construction worker that frequently stops at this location. Everytime I go inside I notice the manager seems to always be antagonizing the other employees making it a very negative energy environment.

Stopped in for lunch today and was surprised at what we found. This Burger King is not like all the others. Here we received hot food and excellent customer service. We have given up on most of the BK restaurants because the food is always cold. We recommend you try this BK out because they take pride in their store. Great Job!
