Charleys Philly Steaks

My wife and I went to the front counter and saw the female staff member cleaning up. We were the only customers there. As we waited patiently for 10 minutes to be acknowledged, the staff member didn’t say anything. I asked, “Are you guys open?” She continued to ignore me as she started walking towards the register. I stared at her and asked again, “Excuse me. Are you open?” She finally said, “Yes.” I ordered our food and said, “Thank you” and she just ignored me. After we picked up our food to eat there my wife asked me for a fork. I went to the counter and asked the male staff member if I can have a fork. He was just standing there and he looked very irritated that I asked then gave me the fork. I said, “Thank you” and he didn’t say anything. From their behavior, they both acted as if they were disgruntled. That will be the last time I eat there.

Tried Charleys for the first time today. Elias was great! He double-checked my order and made sure everything was fresh and exactly how I wanted it. Super friendly staff, made the whole experience easy. Definitely coming back!

Dirty Charley’s. Staff seem to think that wearing gloves makes it okay to run the register, handle money, and then prepare or expedite food. I wonder if we will get sick from eating here this time.

This location being closed on Saturdays is such an inconvenience. This has been the third week in a row where I go here on a Saturday and it’s close. If this location continues to be closed on Saturdays, the business hours online should be updated.

Why close on a Saturday? Most people have weekends off and would like to get a delicious sandwich in their tummies. But no..

Elias deserves some recognition. He is always ready to help and is always so pleasant, always has a big smile on his face. Excellent customer service!. I will definitely keep coming back.

I love walking down there and being greeted with smiles from everyone. Never had a problem with my food and always left happy. Elias and Jada are my go to and they both makes my sandwich amazing ❤️. Great customer service over all.

Came here after looking to see if it was open still, and it said the close at 3:30, it's currently 1:07. Upon driving to the base and getting to the exchange solely for the purpose of charlys, I find the resturant closed, nobody manning the counter at all. I'd be fine with that if it said it was closed on Google and maps. Advertise your true hours, don't say open then don't show up. I used to love this location, I grew up on bases and a Philly is always a good comfort food, but this place has seriously gone downhill.

I walk into the store and ask for large ultimate fries and large strawberry lemonade I always ask for the beef on the side as I paid extra for it on this occasion he said he had to ask his manager who is the same person who made it for me the last time and charges me for the meat she said she cannot do that to him so I said but why you did it the last time so I ask him to speak with her and she refuses to so when I ask him for her name she said she cannot give me her name so I said to the guy what your name and what your manager name he said he cannot do that either well I get my order and he did not give me the recipe which I had to ask for what rude customer service and I paid for a large fries and got a small. the manager was rude, refusing to talk with me as I have done this at every Charley's I have been to and always got charged for the meat. well the Charley Philly #02380 Wal-Mart S loop 288 need to learn how to handle customers issue and she as a manager need training and to train her associate on customer service. and to make it worst employee Hannah c name is on the recipe and it a man of Indian heritage who took my order so Charley's fix your manager in store on how to deal with customer problems.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CHARLEYS!!!! the food is good. but the management and the service in the Charleys cheesesteak in St Augustine Florida in the Walmart is horrible! I was overcharged by more than $4 and their signs all over the place quoting the correct price. the manager was nowhere to be found so the cashier called her and they still refused to adjust my charge. there is no way to get in touch with corporate the phone number that I did find sounded like it was in China. she said that there was no corporate phone number. I think it's very serious matter when I restaurant cannot be contacted about one of their stores and their managers.

They close wayy too early but the foods good

They were really busy and got the orders put quick. I've had the bacon 3 cheesesteak and the chicken Philly. Both were amazing!

This is the most low rent food court in the entire Air Force.
