Conch is decent here. The fritters were fresh, fluffy with good flavor, however not much conch in it. The conch salad wasn't made fresh, you can tell it was sitting in the fridge for a day or 2. This place has potential but over priced for the conch salad not to be made fresh.
As soon as I walked into “Bill Joes Conch Queen” First I was politely greeted with joy but Ms.Bonnie , she said welcome I am the conch queen how may I assist you ? With the biggest brightest warm welcoming smile , before I could say I called , she said are you the young lady w/the conch dinner Mac n cheese with potato salad on the side . I said Yes yes yes I am , and I was amazed because her spirit was so strong she knew what my EXACT order was , & that was surprising...
As a Bahamian I vouch for the food 100%authentic.. Food is cooked to order cam here twice with my family and each time the food and atmosphere is amazing Mo who takes the orders is just Dope friendly and he is going to make sure you're taken care of... they also multiple payment methods Cash app, zelle,cash and card but there system is down the day of me writing this 06/05/2024... Definitely a go to if you're looking for something that will be filling and craving some...
