Buford combo a was was cold & too much of that nasty mayo combo sauce spoil everything always cold
Buford should at least be made fresh & served in the aluminum foil to keep it warm like Wendy's
They may come ahead of time stock them up and serve them nasty

Yo bro they funny as shit we were ordering with AI and we didn’t know the voice levels and the worker was like “STOP SCREAMING IN MY EAR” funniest shit ever made our night I hope this location is open more times at night 😭😭😭

I am a delivery driver and do delivery over night not only did they avoid using the drive thru despite the time but had me waiting at the window for an excessive amount of time while others were either waiting in car or using the given drive thru. Really does not have customer or delivery drivers in mind. Granted I understand using the walk up window in broad day light but at 3:00am please be better than this as this is also not the best area for a lady to just be hanging out outside.

Order was completely wrong was shorted 3 funnel cake fries and 2 orders of fries given 4 drinks with no straws and no sauce with my meal then meal was corrected and given in big boxes and told we could separate it if we want customer service sucks here

Very rude and they serve cold food

It makes no sense that people that old are working at Checkers and are so incompetent. At this point I blame the people in charge for hiring.
After reading reviews I can see that the experience is the same for others.
Order from the drive through, get asked to wait in the parking lot, employees go car to car to guess who ordered what then pull off to realize they got the order wrong. What are they doing in there?
I will not ever go to this location again. I hope they all get fired.

On night of 4/22/25 10:41 pm, I paid for three items using the drive thru and the staff asked that I pull into a parking space to wait for order. The staff went car to car trying to find the right order for the right car. It took a while for me to receive my food with all the chaos and when I pulled off, I realized that I paid for but was missing a small fries. Never again.
