If i ask for fresh food please give all fresh. Fries were the only good thing from my food of burgers, chicken sandwiches. Girl at windows was nice, cooks had attitude but cold food and dry food is just that.

The employee's are usually always nice. Good junk food, and tasty. Every once in awhile I need my Checkers fix.

Foodies, They tried to rip me off last night. I ordered the pick two (chili dog and fish sandwich) made it a meal for an extra $3 then added the T-pain $5 meal deal and a apple pie. Without taxes added total should be $13.50 plus the taxes.

She was charging me $18.25 plus the taxes. I said ma'am you know I can count right, then asked for receipt. She walked away and tried to ignore the fact I just asked, so I asked again then she stated the receipt machine wasn't working. I stated to her I needed a receipt now because I know that wasn't my total.

She now goes to get a boy. He's now asking why do I want a receipt so I explained why then he went to get someone so he now brings this receipt(pictured) that had a different price and different order then hands me a single dollar ($1) stating he's sorry about the mix up and knows that isn't my order on the receipt but it's close to what I ordered so add that dollar to the $2 she previously handed me back. I originally gave her $20.25.

🤔 I think I may have to call corporate about their shenanigans 🥴🤦🏾‍♀️ so much was going on they kept walking away whispering and they were very unorganized and forgetful 🤷🏾‍♀️

Today they practically rejected my son who was riding a bicycle from starting work simply because he didn't go by car, they didn't even let him arrive and right there the General Manager named Hugo Ramos told him that riding a bike or bus wouldn't work for him, without giving him a chance. and try, plus we don't live far from the place, I think that's not a reason to discriminate against people, my son is very accomplished and a great worker, willing, but for some reasons he doesn't have a car at the moment and without knowing they judge and say Who is going to be late, how many have a car and are also late, here the important thing is the effort and that he does his job, my son was very sad, that is not done, what kind of Manager runs that place for God's sake, that is discrimination.

A bit out of the way for us but once in awhile we gotta have a double fish sandwich.

Not only is this the worst checkers I've ever been to, it's also the worst restaurant I've ever been to as well. Every single time I go they deliberately ignore the customers at the walk up window for 15-20 minutes at a time even when there are no cars in the druve thru but they also often get orders wrong and the employees are very rude. This time however we waited for the standard 20 minutes and in that time someone joined in on the waiting but decided fairly quickly that it wasn't worth it. Smart man. Then 2 seperate people from the drive thru came to the window because they messed up their orders and they fixed both of the orders while studiously ignoring my friend and I and another person came and went deciding it wasn't worth the wait as well who we later saw at the gas station next to the checkers buying ramen before we finally decide we weren't going to wait an hour to order food that was going to be mediocre at best. And the worst part was there was what looked like a manager as well who saw us waiting that whole time. What a shitty way to run a restaurant. I won't be going back and if you don't have a car I wouldn't recommend going at all.

Super rude the whole crew and they look like they don’t want to work here. It’s not my problem that they had a bad day.

The human service here is great. Now, the automatic voice taking my order I didn't like. The entire time, it was trying to upsale me. Do you want bacon? Medium or large? Want to add a slush? Just question after question. I did like the person at the window. Very nice. The food was NASTY! I took two bites of that Big Buford and threw it away. The meattastese fake. I will never eat Checkers again. I don't remember it ever tasting like that, but it's a no for me going forward

I got there late, about to close the drive thru and amazingly service was prompt and order taking was accurate. Food was hot, and kudos !
