I made an order on the app and drove there to pick it up for them to tell me they gave my food to someone else and they won’t be remaking it (for their mistake) or giving me a refund. Then continued to be extremely rude and dense. Clearly they didn't care to check the order number. Absolutely ridiculous and awful service don’t go hear unless you want to lose money & still have to go get food elsewhere.

This is THEE BEST location in South Florida! Tea always on point, food hot and fresh. Wish I knew the staff names, they’re always awesome with great personalities. Our favorite teams 12/25/25 6:20pm, 12/12/25 3:45pm. Both teams are awesome! Deep Sea Double w/ Fully Loaded Fries😋. 10 stars!!!

Nobody answers the phone bad customer service

The young lady who took our payment was wearing gloves, but she was also handling food. She opened the door to go outside and serve other cars, then came back inside still wearing the same gloves. Those gloves had to be contaminated from touching money, the dirty door handle, and food, yet she continued working in the kitchen.

I didn’t even want to start with her extremely rude attitude, because food safety should be the main concern here. I used to work in fast food back in my early days, and customer service was a priority set by management, not an option. It seems like nowadays, being rude, coming to work with a bonnet on your head, and having a bad attitude is all it takes to get a job.

Buford combo a was was cold & too much of that nasty mayo combo sauce spoil everything always cold
Buford should at least be made fresh & served in the aluminum foil to keep it warm like Wendy's
They may come ahead of time stock them up and serve them nasty
