Came to Rick’s for a bachelorette party. My server Phoebe was soo sweet and attentive. She suggested getting the pornstar martini. I got the filet mignon and it was easily one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely come back the next time I’m in Miami

Me and my boyfriend went to ricks for our one year anniversary and had the best time. Phoebe the bartender made the best drinks and showed us a good time. We got the lamb lollipops, crab cakes, calamari, filet mignon & salmon. She recommended the butter cake for dessert and it was delicious!

The Scarlett's chicken was a little dry and not nearly as large as it used to be. The lobster tails were amazing.

Servers were great. Don't let the gentleman's club deter you from this restaurant! Great steak and atmosphere.

Maggie fixed my back. As a married man, she was very respectful and gave a fantastic massage

We were the only ones in the room. The waitress was very rude. She only offered us bottled water. I asked for the wine list, and when she brought me a very short list, I asked if Its the only one because it's never happened to me, especially in a steak house, with such a poor menu. Once again, the girl showed us very little interest, so we paid $15 for the water and $20 for the valet and left. They need to correct the staff's attitude and expand the wine list.

The atmosphere is pleasant, but the strong smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming. The service was excellent, and the food was of high quality, though it lacked seasoning. On a positive note, the menu appears to be diabetes-friendly. Unfortunately, due to the smoke and under-seasoned food, I would not recommend this place or plan to return.

Rick’s Steakhouse & Lounge was an overall disappointment. My fiancé and I went to watch a UFC fight on March 8th and while the ambiance was decent, the food and service were severely lacking.

The food was, simply put, flavorless. The pasta dish was the worst offender—just plain noodles with a bland, chopped mushroom sauce. The mac and cheese? Nothing more than pasta with a watery, tasteless cheese sauce. The mashed potatoes had zero seasoning. I asked multiple times for salt, and the waitstaff either ignored me or said they would get it but never did.

The service was just as underwhelming. The host, whose name I believe was Justin, seemed agitated from the start. The waiters were slow, inattentive, and disorganized. We weren’t the only ones experiencing this—there was a table of eight in the middle of the lounge dealing with the same issues. We overheard one of them complaining about the lack of service, and before we were even served, they were already talking about how bland the food was.

To make matters worse, we noticed one young woman leave abruptly, seemingly feeling ill, and her friend followed shortly after. As they left, I overheard her asking if it was the pasta that made her sick.

The only saving grace? The truffle fries. Crispy, well-seasoned, and the only thing remotely enjoyable for either myself and fiance.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place and hesitate to even call it a steakhouse. The food is bland, the service is dismal, and based on what we witnessed, food quality might even be a concern. Save your money and go somewhere else.
