Servers were great. Don't let the gentleman's club deter you from this restaurant! Great steak and atmosphere.

We were the only ones in the room. The waitress was very rude. She only offered us bottled water. I asked for the wine list, and when she brought me a very short list, I asked if Its the only one because it's never happened to me, especially in a steak house, with such a poor menu. Once again, the girl showed us very little interest, so we paid $15 for the water and $20 for the valet and left. They need to correct the staff's attitude and expand the wine list.

Rick’s Steakhouse & Lounge was an overall disappointment. My fiancé and I went to watch a UFC fight on March 8th and while the ambiance was decent, the food and service were severely lacking.

The food was, simply put, flavorless. The pasta dish was the worst offender—just plain noodles with a bland, chopped mushroom sauce. The mac and cheese? Nothing more than pasta with a watery, tasteless cheese sauce. The mashed potatoes had zero seasoning. I asked multiple times for salt, and the waitstaff either ignored me or said they would get it but never did.

The service was just as underwhelming. The host, whose name I believe was Justin, seemed agitated from the start. The waiters were slow, inattentive, and disorganized. We weren’t the only ones experiencing this—there was a table of eight in the middle of the lounge dealing with the same issues. We overheard one of them complaining about the lack of service, and before we were even served, they were already talking about how bland the food was.

To make matters worse, we noticed one young woman leave abruptly, seemingly feeling ill, and her friend followed shortly after. As they left, I overheard her asking if it was the pasta that made her sick.

The only saving grace? The truffle fries. Crispy, well-seasoned, and the only thing remotely enjoyable for either myself and fiance.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place and hesitate to even call it a steakhouse. The food is bland, the service is dismal, and based on what we witnessed, food quality might even be a concern. Save your money and go somewhere else.

First and foremost... this place is a side show to a strip club, and should advertised as such (not very clear in the advertisement or website). Service... so so, wasn't real friendly or attentive... place was almost empty yet we got a vibe they were in a hurry to get rid of us. Food was good but arrived too fast and was cold...maybe chalk that up to ordering the special. Plates very sparse... no bread, very small portion for only one side. Desert was good. Ambiance... strip club... felt we were dining with mafia and their retired stripper mistresses and escorts, people smoking cigars, etc... nothing wrong with that if that's your flavor, but should be clearly advertised as such. Price... WAY overpriced... excessive “service charge”, bottle of wine may have been fairly priced (which I admit is rare in any restaurant, but $250 for two... should have included an appetizer and desert. In the end... felt like we were somehow subsidizing “adult entertainment” that we did see (or want to see). Bottomline... would not recommend.

Lets talk about it! I came to Rick’s on a chill Saturday night the establishment wasn’t packed it’s aesthetic was nice and dark it gives the lounge vibes. I came with my partner and we were served by Justin you can tell he was a bit agitated but he’s done a wonderful job explaining the menu and giving recommendations. We started off with the crab cakes, they were very delicious then I had the Filet asked for it to be Medium it came out Medium Raw but the steak’s seasoning made up for the minor mistakes. My partner had a NY Strip Medium well and it came out perfect he enjoyed it. For the price of both cuts I was expecting a well garnished plate but it was just arugula on top of both steaks. As for the sides we had parmesan mash potatoes and mac & cheese…. I understand why it was priced so low both dishes weren’t good. The mac & cheese was just noodles in a cheese sauce I had to ask for salt and my mash potatoes were still cold the cheese did not melt what so ever on the mash potatoes. It comes time to pay and we pay and the establishment did something I really didn’t like but I will not address here. I will not be coming back over priced food for low quality presentation and taste. We spend a total of $280 including the gratuity.

Recommended dishes: Crab Cake

Food is not consistent, but if you stick to the lambchop and crab cake appetizer you'll be OK. The space is the best thing about the place. Really up scale nice and chill, and you can smoke cigars. Of course it didn't hurt that random beautiful women walk by and will speak and hang with you too.

I couldn't rate it good or bad, I'm not a regular at these types of places and I wouldn't know how to compare it with others to rate it, they took me to eat a hamburger and it turned out to be a place where the ladies dance until they run out of clothes. But the burger was good.

We were apprehensive because this steak house is at Scarlett's Cabaret, however it was well worth the visit. The food was AMAZING! We had the lump crab meat and lollipop lamb chops. Probably the best we've had in south Florida. We also had salmon and a ribeye and it also AMAZING! We'll be back

Our experience was disappointing. We had reservations and when we arrived were told we could not move our table due to other reservations. The table next to us that we asked to move to had the same head count. Secondly 2/3 of the wine list was not available. Third the steak came out over cooked and took an additional 40 mins to be sent back to the table( after asking 3 times the status of our steak). Finally after the slow servive we received a bill with 20% gratitude added for a table of 2. When we expressed our concern with the service the so called manager stated that we attacted him, did not take accountability of our experience and preferred to not deduct from the bill and allow the serverse to not take a tip. This is not a rop service steakhouse.

Ok honestly, the food was good but mannnnnnnn the service is ridiculous.. waiting a hour + for food is crazy! Especially being that it was not packed out.. the waitresses barely checked to make sure we were ok and then when it was time to pay the bill.. they decide to simply ignore the fact we are ready to go

While you’re reading this I’m just letting you know now! You need to go eat there tonight! Steak, Mash, Truffle Fries, Mac n Cheese, Amazing! My mouth is watering just thinking about the food. So so good just go don’t even think about it!

Carlos and Isyss are the best team at Rick's Steakhouse. I love their positive energy. The mixology skills are top notch for me. They make the best drinks and the food here is fantastic. Their customer services skills are great. They know how to make you feel comfortable. My friends have come to see me here at Rick's. Their experience with Isyss or Carlos is always pleasant and welcoming. I love Rick's because of their the best.

I recently dined here, and I must say it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. I was expecting to see my friend Eddy, but at the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the host, and Carlos, who made me feel like a valued guest. The ambiance was perfect—cozy yet sophisticated, with just the right amount of lighting to set the mood for a memorable evening. The staff truly went above and beyond and they were incredibly attentive, making us feel very comfortable; they made sure that we were walked to the cabaret to enjoy of a wonderful nigh. The dancers were beautiful and the music was excellent.
I highly recommend this steakhouse and the club to anyone looking for a place that not only serves great food but also makes you feel like royalty from the moment you walk in. I can’t wait to return!

I came in for some steak and left with friends. The vibe was amazing because of Carlos,Justin, and Iysis. I will be back just for them.
