Absolutely terrible experience. The place was a mess from the moment we walked in. There were homeless people sitting at tables, clearly not eating—just loitering. While we were trying to order, a man came in offering free hand soap samples to everyone, walking from table to table like it was a flea market.
The food came out half-prepared—cold fries, missing items, and overall just sloppy. To make it worse, the soda fountain was out of every drink. No signs, no apologies, just empty buttons and angry customers.
The staff didn’t seem to care about anything happening around them. No professionalism, no urgency, no sense of service. This was hands down one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. Never coming back.

My experience at this Wendy's was not at all the best. I had to wait over 30 minutes for my food which they forgot I order

So I noticed the worker's would go outside and come back inside don't even wash her hands and the manager the one who drive the red car she is very rude she's bad I ask her a question and the way she answered me in a nasty way the one with the red hair the same talk very nasty I'm 65 years old I work right across from my job I take two busses to come to work just so I don't b late I hav breakfast sit for a few minutes until I go to work and they came to me and said that I can't sit there when it was raining as well they r very nasty in every way I will take my busses elsewhere sorry until u change them my friend and me will never come back

When people ask for things certain way why don't you listen threw a burger out asked plain came with condiments on it people are allergic to stuff. And why up sell if you don't give them the stuff you purchased. Best asked for extra napkins guy Gave me one.soda light ice loaded with ice. Great job guys guess listening is hard for you. Don't try to get a refund like pulling teeth. Every time don't get stuff right.

We visit there quite often especially now that we have our free Wendy's yearly coupon for frosties which makes this come more often play the freeze that we dip into our chocolate Frosty. And of course we order a burger meals to go with it.
I love the baconator. I don’t often eat at fast food restaurants but this is my go to place. I just love the baconator and I love that they have so many soda options. If I want a burger -this is where I go!

This has to be by far the most unorganized, no energy and incompetent Wendy’s I’ve ever went to. They have no idea how to make an order, to put an order together and how to serve fresh food. The orders are always messed up and the food is always cold, even though I am constantly asking for it to be fresh. Apparently that’s wanting to much because all they’re going to do is put the food in the microwave until it is crunchy. And it’s always the afternoon or night shift. Please hire people who are competent
