Ordered a wrap, waited forever and this is what I see when I open it up. The chicken is dried out and there’s no lettuce. I don’t understand why they didn’t just tell me they were out.

I purchase a combo. Paid, when I was getting order they did not have coke, I did not like what they had so I didn't get a drink. I was not refunded or offer any thing to offset the difference.

I just left Wendy’s on a Saturday night at 9pm and all the good looks like it was sitting. It’s barely warm. The bread on the burgers was stale, the fries weee cold the chili looked like dog food. I’m not crying about the $17 but I would’ve been pissed if I spent my last.

Absolutely terrible experience. The place was a mess from the moment we walked in. There were homeless people sitting at tables, clearly not eating—just loitering. While we were trying to order, a man came in offering free hand soap samples to everyone, walking from table to table like it was a flea market.
The food came out half-prepared—cold fries, missing items, and overall just sloppy. To make it worse, the soda fountain was out of every drink. No signs, no apologies, just empty buttons and angry customers.
The staff didn’t seem to care about anything happening around them. No professionalism, no urgency, no sense of service. This was hands down one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. Never coming back.
