Bonsai offers a wonderful change of pace for a beach dinner, with a nice quiet atmosphere and excellent service. Customers love the wagyu beef and new crab dish, finding the sashimi top notch. Despite an odd atmosphere located in a hotel hallway, the food is completely delicious. The sushi, ramen, and homemade noodles are shocking good, beautifully plated, and expertly made. Though the first impression may not be great, the food at Bonsai is definitely worth a try for a special night out in Pensacola.
