I'm going to give an honest review. The fact it's in a hotel should tell you a lot- especially a Hilton. It's very tiny inside and very poorly designed for the price of what you're getting. Secondly, we were the only people in there for at least an hour or so then people trickled in a total amount of people in the place or four tables . Only seats 20 All right, let's get to the food very limited options and very overpriced. Wagyu appetizer $54 for about 7-8 tiny slices of Wagyu. I will give a very high star for the tuna nigiri, but you only get one for $9 dollars . My husband liked the rising sun, which was a lobster and eel roll. Presentation was nice of all the sushi. Anyway, we got a few more rolls. I have to eat gluten-free so they really didn't have many options for me. The drinks are strong, so that's a win. Most places water down their drinks lately and you can tell they did not. Overall, our bill with tip was $413 extremely expensive for two people, and we're from Atlanta and we spend like that regularly but we usually get more food and just a better atmosphere. Sorry it's time for an upgrade in decor. Overall rating of the whole experience 2.5-3

server Kevin was amazing and so sweet and the chefs made my daughter's Deluna roll with cooked salmon as she does not eat raw suglshi it was amazing and so delicious. Thank you! Even though the lobster Ramen was extremely spicy we still ate it and we're not able to narrow down where the spice came from but we loved the squid ink noodles. On the reservation I put that we are partly celebrating my birthday later this month and I received a birthday card which was extremely sweet and definitely unexpected.

If I could give this a 10 star I would. Excellent experience food, service everything. Thank you Alyssa for the recommendation and service. Definitely will be back.

We've eaten here a few times and while hidden away in the hotel, it's very worth it. Chef and the team are super personable and the food really is amazing. Fresh, delicious and beautifully served.

Every visit is a unique experience filled with ambience, friendly staff and delicious gourmet cuisine. I would highly recommend this is a must do if ever visiting the Pensacola Beach experience..

Excellent experience, best Japanese/Asian food in Dlorida. Easily would fit in as a top sushi restaurant in New York City.

Absolutely fantastic! Culinary artistry on a plate with the best ingredients to match. Hands down best sushi restaurant in Pensacola. The environment was quiet and relaxed with wonderful views of the ocean. I can't say enough wonderful things about this restaurant.

Top notch Japanese-fusion restaurant in Pensacola. The food and drinks are standouts in terms of being delicious with thoughtful and neatly balanced textures. The service was very good from Kevin and the ambiance hit all the correct notes for a quiet evening meal. The views of Gulf are some of the best. Would go here again.

A/C was not working and 4 courses for a $500 plus Omakase was very very weak.....definitely not worth the dining experience..........

The vibe was amazing. Soft music, but not the kind that gets boring or puts you to sleep. Decor was slightly nautical but very subtle and classy. The food was delicious- we had the wagyu, crispy rice, Pickens maki, and smoked tuna maki. Service was amazing; Alyssa was so attentive and had the coolest earrings. Highly recommend!

Probably the worst, over-priced sushi I've ever eaten. We love sushi and we were very disappointed with the options and the flavors. We always stay at this hotel and tried this place for the first time, and now, last time.

The sushi was very dry and tasteless. It was pretty but not good at all. The drink I got a smoky old-fashioned that was amazing and the crab cake dish was awful the rice was dry and the mushrooms tasted at dirt. The waitress was very nice. They did their Best to accommodate my friend scallop allergy, but I would not recommend it. Our bill was almost $200.

The food was first rate. I had omikase and everything was wonderful including the wagyu and the pairing were perfect. The chef came to the table to discuss. The waitress was very friendly but not well informed about the dishes or the wine and sake. The venue should do more training with staff for a price point like this.

Crispy rice was so hard you couldn’t cut with a knife. Asked the server about it and he said we fry them hard. Never had crispy rice dish so bad. Rolls were not flavorful at all. We eat sushi all the time and have eaten at the best across this country. Truly a waste of $200

The taste of the sushi doesn’t match the presentation. Service is a bit slow, but that’s part of their bit ( I think ). Weird location on the second floor across the hall from actual rooms.
