We had the best experience at BOUNCE in Pensacola! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was upbeat and welcoming — but what truly made our visit unforgettable was our server, Good Goods. He was absolutely amazing — attentive, friendly, funny, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish.

You can tell he genuinely loves what he does — his energy set the tone for the entire evening! He gave great recommendations, kept everything running smoothly, and had us laughing the whole time. The food? Soooooo good! Every bite was bursting with flavor, and everything came out hot, fresh, and beautifully presented.

BOUNCE is definitely my new favorite spot in Pensacola — incredible food, fun vibe, and service that’s second to none. If you go, ask for Good Goods — he’ll make sure your experience is just as amazing as ours!

Braden was absolutely amazing! His lightning-fast service meant I never had to wait for a refill on my bottomless mimosas, and his cheerful attitude created an energetic, welcoming vibe. The food was incredibly delicious—succulent, perfectly seasoned, and stunningly presented. The atmosphere buzzes with non-stop brunch energy 24/7, featuring breathtaking beachfront views, lively service, and charming decor that made this visit truly unforgettable. A must-visit spot—an exciting paradise for anyone craving a vibrant and fun dining experience! My husband and I along with our group of friends will be back for sure!!

Let me start by saying that the warm mimosas and overly horseradish-heavy Bloody Marys set the tone for what became a disappointing dining experience. I understand this is the off-season, but that’s exactly when refining the menu and elevating service for locals can truly make an impression.

I’ve visited this location before and had a pleasant experience, but this visit fell well below expectations. Despite having bottomless drinks, our server was noticeably inattentive — our glasses sat empty multiple times. The food didn’t justify the price point either. My avocado toast tasted as if it had been sitting out for some time, topped with a fried egg that was still cold. My partner’s French toast was equally underwhelming — lukewarm with muted flavor.

For a check totaling nearly $100 with tip, the quality and service simply didn’t measure up. Either commit to providing an experience that matches the elevated pricing or adjust expectations accordingly. At this time, I can’t recommend this location, though I hope to see improvements in the future.
