Our server was amazing, the vibe of this restaurant is amazing. The patio is a great place to sit. Overall, it was very good. The lamb lollipops are to die for...but my oysters weren't shucked well, the mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese lacked in flavor. The lobster bisque is great, but I think it's a little over priced for how little you get. The Brie appetizer is a must get.

Amazing! Everything. Bailey is an awesome server - so helpful on drink and menu selections. The burrata appetizer is so fresh and delicious. The lobster bisque soup was so good we wanted to lick the bowl (we didn't). I had the filet & lobster and my husband had the salmon - both were perfect. And crème brûlée for dessert - highly recommend. And the chef stopped by our table twice to make sure we were enjoying everything - super nice touch. We can't wait to return!

Drift was Amazing, the best food on the Beach and in Pensacola. Exceptional cocktails, decadent desert and the Sea Bass was phenomenal! All of our food was perfectly cooked and the taste was amazing. Awesome service too!

The appetizers were delicious especially the mussels but the entree were lacking. However the location had an amazing view and we truly enjoyed sitting out on the patio overlooking the beach! The prices were expensive, 4 of us paid about $380 with tip

The food was good, in my opinion you can get the same flavors else where at a better value. The atmosphere and service were top-notch.

Yall. I’m writing this review as I’m sitting in the restaurant still. It’s THAT. GOOD. I have ate half a dozen oysters, half of the baked Brie, and the salmon. I could bust it was all so good and I’m not normally that impressed by food but this has me gagged. Also RayRay is a G.

This was our first time in Pensacola and we wanted to experience fresh seafood. The sea bass was so fresh and delicious. My husband had the ribeye and it was very flavorful. We also purchased the oysters, but they were extremely small and not worth the price. The service was outstanding, starting from when we entered and upon leaving. Our waiter's name was Ray, and he was outstanding. He explained each dish and made great recommendations. I would visit again, but would not order the oysters.

We've been to Drift many times in the past, but always "joked" about how we weren't going for the food, but rather for the best view in Pensacola Beach. That part is still true, with a gorgeous second-story vista overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the Pensacola Beach Pier. But this was our first time going for dinner, having previously only been there for brunch (it's been a while). This was the first time the meal was not entirely upstaged by the scenery. We started with the escargot and baked brie which were both good, but not outstanding. The steak was a great cut and well-cooked to the right temperature, and while it could have been more boldly seasoned, it was better than most other options on the beach. The snapper special (featured as a compliment to the standard risotto menu option) was a winner all-around, leaving my foodie-wife uncommonly slaked. For the curious: the snapper was ordered blackened with skin off. Our young children (8 and 10-year-old boys) were spoiled with a mocktail and a hand-mixed chocolate milk by our doting server, Raymond ("RayRay"). The kids were both treated to buttered noodles, declining the alternate kids' menu item of chicken tenders. The bourbon ball bread pudding was a perfect punctuation, even for our picky party. As locals, we wish Drift still offered the brunch as a way to take in the beach on a Sunday morning. After this meal, though, we'll be certain to find reasons to come out later in the day.

Where do I even start. Went on a date night at DRIFT and my expectations were exceeded on every level. The atmosphere was incredible, on the beach with the sunset. How much better can it get than that? The decor and vibe was perfect for the date night. Our Waitress was Trinity and she did a wonderful job. Food and drinks came out in a very timely manner. The manager/head chef Louis, came and talked with us, it is clear he is very passionate about his staff and his menu. He even asked for some constructive criticism on the dishes. (I had none, that’s how great it was) We had the baked Brie, the pork chop, and the bread pudding. All of which were delightful. I 100% recommend you try this place out! BTW, if you’re thinking about getting the spicy margarita, do it, you won’t regret it…
