Ordered a double dip cone and a small malt and then paid for the ice cream $15. The server gave a single dip and double dip. When we received a single dip we told him we ordered a small malt. He said we don’t do malts. We said that we didn’t want the single dip then as lower asked for a malt. He refused to make it right and since we had already paid he refused to give the money back. This will be our last visit.

There was plenty to pick from. If you simply ask, get ready bc you’re about to venture down Taste Test Paradise! Save room though bc one of these amazing flavors is going to hit the spot. And if the ice cream doesn’t, there are a couple of handfuls of other incredibly desirable treats for you to choose from. The young lady behind the counter was amazing and so personable. I’m sure I’ll be stopping in weekly to make this my go to ice cream / dessert shop! Highly recommend saving room to try any (possibly all) of these treats!

I visited with my family as a birthday treat and was treated as if just being in the store was an insult to the lone worker and my family was treated extremely rudely all the way down to walking away while we inquired about other products we where interested in purchasing. This was the worst service I have ever experienced in any service industry and will be passing this information on. We visited on 12/3/23 around 8pm

So if you're looking for some ice cream, that's the scoop. Ice cream not soft serve this is the place for you. They serve Hershey's ice cream here so it's pretty good ice cream. All of the standard flavors are there including some exciting ones that are more southern like key lime pie. Now they also have a section where you can get chocolates and different things like truffles and stuff that's dipped. So that was pretty cool to look at. And they also have a gummy section . The section you just fill your bag yourself and then they weigh it at the end. I will say that I'm a gummy connoisseur and I always love me some peachy o's. And I went through the gummy section kind of pressing with the scooper to make sure that they were all fresh before I purchased them. A few were a little bit harder than I expected and I skipped those ones. But I got a ton of bags of different things so most of them were good to go. And I almost forgot they do have taffy that was also fill your own bag and could be weighed at the end. The taffy is something that tripped me up. Because I couldn't really test it like I could. The gummies and they were 100% harder than I would like my taffy to be. You could definitely heat it up in your hands before you chewed it, but it was hard. The ice cream was good and most of the gummies were good. So I would come back.

What an old world feel, taking you back to an old ice cream shop. The ice cream is delicious and large portions! Service is friendly. Hubby and I come to Pensacola Beach area almost weekly and can’t believe we’re just finding this ice cream gem! We’ll be back, not so good for our waistline but hey, you only live once!!!Parking: Plenty of parking spots in front of the shop.
