Kilwins Ice Cream - Chocolate - Fudge

Some yummy ice cream. Kind of expensive but very tasty. And it's on the beach!!

Came in for a little ice cream for the toddler. Lady behind the counter was a great salesman. Offered me a free sample of the fudge and told me about a deal they had going. She explained their process and how it differed from many other brands and homemade. I was hesitant being we had a 3 hour ride home the next day. She was quick to inform me of how the packaging helps to keep it fresh and the temperature extremes allowed. She also knew the storage time frames and options. I was impressed. Most places the staff have little knowledge of what they sell. I bought three slabs and was not disappointed! I was sold on the sales pitch but will be back for the quality!

We weee visiting from Fort Worth, Texas and we had to come back and get fudge before going home. The sea-salt caramel fudge was AMAZING.

Line was long but the service was awesome. They offered first samples while watching and the ice cream was great as usual at any Kilwins

Omg, the chocolate, fudge, and ice cream are all incredibly rich and smooth. Waffle cones were crispy & fresh!

Lilly and Riley are the best people I have ever ordered from I Love them they are the best people I’ve ever met she scooped my ice cream so majestically it made the experience 10 times better she even smiled at me with the kind of smile I’ve ever seen with those perfect pearly white straight teeth

Me and my wife visited their store on July 29, 2025 at Pensacola Beach. We were shocked that all of their chocolate cost $50 per pound. That is insanely expensive! For just one regular Taffy Apple they charge $11 with tax. We refused to pay that much. But I did buy some of their Kilwins taffy for $15 including tax. The taffy was terrible, tasting pasty instead of chewy, lacking any enjoyable flavor. Yuk! Needless to say, we won't be going back. We were very disappointed with our visit.

Friendly employees, offered a sample of delicious fudge upon immediately entering. 5 stars on the fudge alone. We had 5 scoops of ice cream between us all and also an assortment of chocolates. It was all VERY good.

The group working tonight absolutely didn’t know the meaning of food safety! I watch zero glove changes happen! Touching $$$, credit cards,
Body parts and then continuing to serve food like it’s nothing! Nasty!

I had the key lime pie ice cream on a waffle cone, it was delicious! It was so good that I didn't even snap a picture of it. They also offer samples of fudge. I didn't try any, but my son said the fudge was really good.
