Piazza Pizza Pensacola Beach

When you walk in a pizza restaurant, you can just sense if it is going to be good. Tried calling Piazza Pizza several times to get a recording that they were with customers and too busy to take a call. Decided to drive over and place the order in person. Shocked to arrive 30 minutes prior to closing and the restaurant is empty and told the kitchen was closed. No worries, headed over to Papas Pizza and was greeted by enthusiastic employees and the aroma of delicious pizza!

We were just looking for a quick lunch and didn’t expect anything exceptional. What an awesome surprise. The food is amazing. Perfect crust and fresh ingredients. Don’t skip this spot. It’s definitely worth your time and money.

Good pizza

You can make your own pizza faster than this place. I went in and there were plenty of empty tables and asked to be seated. They said that the wait would be at least an hour. The staff looked confused when I asked why it would take so long. Almost all the other tables had already been served and they were eating. Hence, they should be able to make a pizza rather quickly as the others already had their pizza. They said there were too many online orders. Apparently management is unwilling to staff to meet demand and both the staff and management is fine with turning away paying customers. If you value your time and money, don't bother coming here.

Pizza was delicious! So was the chicken Alfredo. Great spot if you’re tired of seafood. They definitely exceeded our expectations for a pizza place on the beach!

Ordered a 2 topping pizza only got 1 but was charged 2. Guess to hard ! Oh yeah it was even written on the box. We took it to go.

Pizza decent. Typical wood fired nothing special. Undercooked so when you bite into it, the cheese, kind of slides off the pizza. Was sent here by hotel and told the free breadsticks with a full pizza order were amazing (and given a coupon card). They are down and oven, unable to cook breadsticks, not a huge deal. I asked manager Eric if they could do anything to compensate since that's why I came and it's their main advertisement at hotel - manager said no. Pretty bad customer service considering they promise free breadsticks. Based on service alone, I won't be back and I have spread the word at my company who brings 30+ people to the area every day. Try to save them from same mistake. Better food options in the area with more hospitality. And pizza at some of hotel restaurants with a better view. Probably the most important thing and it doesn't even affect me because I just got two slices in the end... they told the family behind me it would take an hour to make a pizza for them.

I just tried their Supreme pizza but unfortunately I didn't like it because it was too salty. I am sharing this so the owner learns about the issue. I will remove my review in a few months

The worst pizza hands down I've ever bought. It was a pizza that had plum honey on it and It was floating in it. The crust was soggy because it was floating in it. The pizza was inedible. My girl called the place back and they gave me my money back. I was satisfied with that. Maybe I'll give them another chance some day.

We ordeted on line via Doordash. When we got there, no order. They said they had not used Doordash in over a year. I showed where I had paid thru them. They took a pic of my order and made me up a really good tasting pepperoni pizza. Staff was great. We sat outside and enjoyed the meal.
