I recently dined at Salt and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. I began with the cow soup paired with focaccia bread, which was rich, comforting, and full of flavor. For an appetizer, I ordered the lamb lollipops, which were absolutely outstanding the pomegranate glaze was perfectly balanced and elevated the dish beautifully. Hotel restaurants aren't usually good, but all the positive reviews were reason to try Salt. Not a mistake; as all five of us were pleasantly surprised. Great food and a nice atmosphere; efficient service. Lollipop lamb chops were fantastic and the crab cakes were just like Maryland cakes!! Chief made the crab cakes sandwiches per directions (not deep fried but just like appetizers). Burgers were also very good. A very nice dining experience!!
