Kevin was amazing! More vegetarian options would be great. Maybe add a plant based burger. I ended up having to get a gyro with only romaine and tomatoes 😢, but Kevin made the visit wonderful! We come there about 4 times a year and always look forward to eating at salt. The entire staff is top notch!

I've been to this beach so many times and had no idea this GEM exists!!! Tucked away in the Hilton (that's right); ambience, service, and the FOOD- 5 stars. Did I mention I'm a Cajun from south Louisiana and can COOK??? Crab claws in a broth that we drank every drop... scallops, steak, desserts, heck, we even went on and on about our salad. I swear I do t know anyone that owns or works there lol- we just could not believe the level of delicious. Our waiter Kylie rocked the night with her assistance and attention to detail.

A group of my friends and I stopped and enjoyed breakfast at Hilton Pensacola Beach this morning. Short summary: the experience and food was amazing. The entire staff from the Manager of the restaurant, to the cook staff, and most notably the hostess, Olivia, was friendly and inviting. They all ensured we had everything we wanted and provided excellent service. The food was also hot and delicious. Will most definitely eat there again next time I’m in town.

We were skeptical about eating inside a hotel, but if you are trying to figure out what to eat for you and little one’s, this is definitely the place! The special for today was Chicken Marsala and it was amazing. The dinner was super flavorful. Kylie was very professional and explain every question we had about the menu.

I was thoroughly impressed with my meal at Salt. My husband and I have been enjoying trying out restaurants with raving reviews around our hometown. Last night we decided to try out Salt. I made reservations online, and when we got to the location, we realized that this was located in a hotel- the Hilton. Reservations definitely were not necessary on a Monday night, as there was ample seating. Our server was excellent and made excellent recommendations. For our appetizer we ordered the crazy feta and the tzatziki with pita. The crazy feta was so insanely wonderful, I could have that just that for my meal. I ordered the chicken shawarma and my husband ordered the crab cakes. The chicken was roasted perfectly and had the best char on it. The mediterranean rice paired exceptionally well with it as well! My husband got the crab cakes that were almost entirely crab- he was very pleased with his dish! Only thing disappointing was that there was no dessert menu- just two different mousse options they had. Honestly, after that meal, we had no room for dessert anyways. We will definitely be back! If you're local- make sure you ask for the locals discount!

Worth noting that this is a hotel restaurant close to foot traffic from lobby to pool and other hotel amenities We sat at a table further into the restaurant space to be in a more quiet, private space. Many choices for seating since we dined at 4:30. The restaurant is beautiful as pictured with high ceilings and wood beams. Service was attentive.

Salt is the casual lobby restaurant at the Pensacola Beach Hilton. The atmosphere is bright and modern with great lighting, ample seating and good spacing on the tables. For breakfast they offer a buffet with an omelette station. The food offerings are good but could be a bit more varied. Our server was excellent, friendly and attentive.
