For the price the food overall was not that good. Snapper was kind of bland, shrimp was so-so. The rice that came with my date's shrimp was not good. However, the chocolate covered strawberries were excellent.

We got the crab stuffed bacon wrapped shrimp and Mediterranean dip sampler the first time. We got lamp lollipops the second time. I got the harvest salad (oh.my.gawrsh) and lobster ravioli both times. He got gyros the second time. Both times we brought food home. We both drank until we couldn't read the menu anymore. They gave us a LOCAL'S discount but no promises that will happen every time. It's SOOOO GOOD!!!!

Located within the Hilton, directly on the beautiful white sand of Pensacola Beach, Salt is a classy place to enjoy fresh from the Gulf cuisine prepared perfectly. The wide open dining space is clean, spacious, and stylishly decorated. There's a big two-sided bar, outdoor patio, booth seating, and a large dining area. The staff are friendly, professional and helpful in every way.
