The guy who served us was named T-J really
Nice guy he was working alone and the subway was full of people, talking about 30 people , he was fast , nice we really appreciated it .
We ended up at this subway tonight due to long wait at the few open restaurants on Thanksgiving evening. The 2 employees where already very busy but they happily greeted each person that entered. The service they provided was exceptional even considering they were closing in less than 45 mins.
The food was quickly prepared to our request and was delicious.
These gentlemen deserve to be recognized for their exceptional service.

Oh. My. Gosh.
I’ve been a lot of places, and been to a lot of Subways. But tonight’s experience is one for the history books. My wife and I were here for a festival and after a long day decided that Subway would not only be the best “bang for our buck”, but also the restaurant with the least opportunity to go wrong after a long day. We walked in and were greeted with Jamal and Aiden. Both of which were fine young men with class and charisma.
When asked for our order, I took a gamble that I’ve taken many times. I gave Jamal full authority to make the sandwich but only with one restriction. To make the best sandwich he could. And that sandwich was the best sandwich to ever grace my taste buds. This man is not only an artist, but a master at his craft as a sandwich artisan.
And while making this incredible sandwich, Jamal made our night with jokes and made us feel at home. Rest assured every time we come back to Pensacola Beach we will be visiting Subway, and we will be visiting Jamal.

Excellent atmosphere. But the attention didn't seem great to me. The atmosphere is super cool and safe. Very small cocktails and little liquor for their prices. Prices are good for the food

10 minutes to serve 1 customer, 9 people in line, 2 employees play on their phone in booths. Needs new management.
Subway Pensacola Beach: Fresh Bread & Beach-Ready Bites (4.5 Stars)
Subway on Pensacola Beach hit the spot for a quick and delicious lunch! Here's why:
Super Fresh Bread: We especially loved the bread! It was fresh, soft, and the perfect base for our sandwiches. Bonus points for the staff taking a moment to add fresh bread when we arrived - that always makes a difference!
Chicken Bacon Ranch Delight: We opted for the chicken bacon ranch, and it did not disappoint. All the classic flavors came together perfectly.
Beachside Bliss: The beauty of Subway is the grab-and-go style. We took our sandwiches straight to the beach for a picnic lunch with a view. Doesn't get much better than that!
Overall: Subway Pensacola Beach gets a 4.5-star rating. The fresh bread, delicious sandwich, and convenience make it a great option for a beach day lunch.

Parking lot was very crowded - 3 people in line in front of me and I waited for over 20 minutes to order and then another 10-15 minutes for one sandwich to be made and paid for - there was one employee (Haitian woman?) that appeared to be doing everything she could to make sure service was slow - I went 2 days in a row and had same experience with same employee - other employees were trying to get her to help out and do her job - they were obviously frustrated - she would just disappear into the back in the middle of checking someone out or preparing food - I never do Google reviews but this was so bad felt like I had to

A few days ago my family and I cam into here to get some food and rest from the cold air. When we came in the girl that typically works there rolled her eyes at us and yelled at us to only step in certain areas of the store. She was mopping before we came in but this hasn’t been the first of her being very rude.Back in November last year I brought family friends for some food to get before they went on their flight. We got in and they are in a rush. We go in the line and the girl is irritated that I don’t know what I want to order off the bat and gives me the wrong bread. I felt bad the most for this guy coworker that was working with her. He seemed still new and she would blame him for anything. At the end I tried to tip the guy but the girl was just rude again?? Please don’t waste your time here people. If you want a good subway go to the one in Gulf Breeze. The store manager there is always so friendly and very considerate towards their customers. In the future I hope the manager fires this woman. The rude lady is a young black woman with glasses on. If you stumble upon her… just leave quickly.
