A few days ago my family and I cam into here to get some food and rest from the cold air. When we came in the girl that typically works there rolled her eyes at us and yelled at us to only step in certain areas of the store. She was mopping before we came in but this hasn’t been the first of her being very rude.Back in November last year I brought family friends for some food to get before they went on their flight. We got in and they are in a rush. We go in the line and the girl is irritated that I don’t know what I want to order off the bat and gives me the wrong bread. I felt bad the most for this guy coworker that was working with her. He seemed still new and she would blame him for anything. At the end I tried to tip the guy but the girl was just rude again?? Please don’t waste your time here people.If you want a good subway go to the one in Gulf Breeze. The store manager there is always so friendly and very considerate towards their customers.In the future I hope the manager fires this woman. The rude lady is a young black woman with glasses on. If you stumble upon her… just leave quickly.

This subway was absolutely outstanding. I went in at 8am and requested 12 foot long sandwiches for a birthday celebration. The service could not have been better (despite such a large walk-in order so early in the morning). The sandwiches were perfectly made and tasted wonderful. A big thanks to the lady behind the counter for her tremendous service.

the staff was so sweet and kept great conversation, i wasn’t feeling good and so they tried thinking of a sandwich that might help, it was SO good!! new fav sandwich! Such kind workers, i love to share a laugh with anyone!

Absolutely horrible! You think they would care about customer services but no they were completely rude ajah and the supervisor that was there were horrible we did an online order twice once yesterday they messed up on one of the sandwich by not putting any meat we had to go back for a new one we went again today for lunch and ordered 4 subs all of them were wrong you think they'd know how to read the list of ingredients both of the Philly's were cold you can tell they were not toasted and the other two had the wrong veggies the place was empty if they were busy I would understand but people didn't come til after I got my order. I took mines back because it wasn't toasted and it had the wrong veggies and I explained to them what I had ordered but they were rude and had attitude the whole time telling me that I was toasted I explained that it wasn't since the meat was cold and you can tell since the cheese wasn't even melted it was a cold piece of cheese. I don't recommend this location if you are in this area wanting subway safer to make the drive to a different location. If I can give zero stars I definitely would.
