The Shaka Bar

my first time back to Pensacola in a long long time. and we were having kind of a bummer of a morning until we found the shaka! and Steven the bartender, one of the best! thanks to the entire bar for providing us a great spot to watch the Blue Angels today and have a tang banger or two ;-)

Steven was the absolute best! Very inviting customer and family friendly bar. Highly recommended!!!

Great bar! Real nice vibes. The staff is 10/10 , very welcoming. I met the owner and he is a real nice guy… laid back and makes sure everyone is taken care of … will be back! Stephen is the guy!

Best Pensacola Local Bar!

Stumbled upon the hidden gem and so glad we did. What one may call a local bar…exactly what we love! A small friendly open air bar attached to the backside of a liquor store and looking onto a marina.

Grabbed two bar stools (probably only 5 or so) and the bartender Steven was friendly and attentive even when the place got busy.

Happened to be a birthday party and they made us feel like one of the locals. Food and shots for everyone! Thank you Wayne for eating before the ladies lol.

The owner, Lopaka, was talking with everyone, as I don’t think he knows a stranger. Provided us great information for an upcoming trip to his homeland / islands of Hawaii. Thank you Lopaka!

We have been stopping by every summer when we visit for Blues Week. Super cool local vibe, but visitors always treated like locals. Had to change our plans this year for Blue Angels, but visited early June and got to chill at the bar twice. Steven and Lena were fun to visit with and my wife loved the dreamsicle frozen ?
If your at the beach, definitely should stop by and hang out ?

I come here very often and recommend this amazing bar everytime. Lena and Steven are my favorite bartenders here they treat you like a friend. Amazing drinks and great conversation. A 10/10 bar!!

Best sunsets viewing bar. The bartenders are the coolest. Dogs and kids are always welcomed. Hammocks are a plus!!
