I went to this Dunkin’ location earlier this morning and I asked for a medium iced toasted with only 1 pump of sugar and they left it basically half way with coffee and then whip up to the rim of the cup itself not the dome lid😃 if you take out the ice it’s basically only 1/4 of coffee. I noticed too late and was in a hurry so I couldn’t turn back. I’ve been to this location before a couple times and never really had a problem until today.

I went there to get a hot coffee and I preferred it on the machine inside the store and it would only let me ad 10 sugar and 10 cream and I had asked if they could put 2 extra creams in, everything was fine at first but when I got it it only said 10 sugars so I asked if they had put it in there just to make sure and the manager said very rudely “yes I put it in there cuz you asked me”. I get it’s busy and your in a rush but don’t get all snotty cuz I wanted to make sure yall got my moms coffee right……. And also be carful how u treat people because u have no idea what is already going on in there lives.

And when we have you remake an order that was wrong the first time at least get it right the second time.. but this review hopefully will change the next time I come ! Ordered 3 everything bagels was given 3 plain. Went back in and they gave us one everything bagel but then took the tops of the other two bagels and put them together so one bagel was double seasoned. The 3rd bagel had no seasoning and was practically a plain. They need some training.

I can't say enough positive things about this new Dunkin location! I really hope the manager/owner takes good care of its employees. I've been several times since its opened and every single experience has been great. The food and coffee is always good and fast. But what I enjoy most is seeing those workers coming together as a team with a positive attitude. This is like the Chic-fil-A of Dunkin Donut locations, seriously.

Completely ignored the entire time, not a hello or even a glance. Stood at the counter for a few minutes without getting serviced before using the kiosk. After getting my drink I said thank you and was still ignored. Coffee was good but not being acknowledged in the slightest was a huge let down.
