I waited almost 15 minutes for my app order. When I finally got home to eat, I noticed my chicken wrap had chicken nuggets rather then chicken strips, and my chicken sandwich meat was cut in half . This was horrible experience

Sad to say it, but it seems BK isn't helping their situation with declining sales and lack of modernization. For example this location lacked that vivid energy. No ketchup, no working freeze drinks, not many options on drinks.

With no one on line the person working didn't acknowledge our presence for 10 minutes. He was doing an order of fries so slowly that I felt offended like he was doing it on purpose. 3/6/25 @6:40 pm.

This store is my favorite BK. I use drive through once a week and when I unwrap my burger it looks like the person who made it cared, instead of thrown together.

Burger King franchise is falling apart. Playground is close. Coca-Cola mix machine does not have all flavors, just one person at front taking orders and also taking drive through order at the same time. The food was cold. I really like Burger King but for some reasons all places around the country are like this. If you don’t want to go to bankrupt please do something.
