Mathias Cohen is a great worker and was very kind and gave me extra topping, what a kind soul, we need more people like him in this world.

This Mathias Cohen employee is amazing!! First time I've been served an ice cream in sub 3 seconds. An absolute beast, will come back for him!

That ice cream was quite pleasant however the service lacked professionalism. My son and I wanted to enjoy some ice cream after a hard day. However, the server, nathalie, was very rude. She was concerned with getting the customers out as soon as possible instead of providing a high quality service. Overall, she was rude, and berating.

The kids who work here must hate their jobs and it’s really tarnishing the Chillin-in brand. Ordered a regular size tonight and it came like this. Melted. No smooth mound on top. Mind you this ice cream is NOT cheap. $10 for this is literally theft. I rather drive to South Miami and support that owner. Embarrassing.

I ordered the Nutella with brownie bits and peanut butter sauce, and wow... every bite was creamy, rich, and perfectly balanced. The staff was super friendly and patient, especially as I took a minute to decide my toppings (so many good options!). The shop is also really clean, well-lit, and has that fun, modern vibe — perfect for families, date night, or just a solo treat.

I don’t like that everytime I come to this location it’s always something wrong. If you know ChillN you know they’re ice cream is thick and creamy. Last time I came to get ice cream it was handed to me basically already melted, bummer. In terms of friendliness, the staff is nice but they DO NOT deal with customers in the order they arrive. I had 4 people served before me for a simple,no topping, plain ice cream order. I like Chill N but this location needs some more training.

I LOVEEE THIS PLACE. I go here every week and they are nothing but nice to me. The worker, Ana, always works fast and efficient to get me my very specific icecream due to my allergies. Would recommend !
