the portion sizes are poor and the people serving have no idea how a Chipotle bowl generally looks. The customer in front of me complained of the same thing and the woman serving us the bowl kept making eye contact with the cashier about that first customer. This made my bowl look like it was served with her eyes cloed.

What a disappointment every single time I walk into this chipotle. Every time I come to order, they are ALWAYS out of veggies and some type of meat. Not that they are in the process of making the product, apparently they are “out” of the product which if that is true, it’s terrible management on their part. If they see this is a recurring issue, they need to buy more product in order to accommodate for their paying customers especially when I come in on a Saturday at 2pm.

Something always runs out, whether it’s veggies, salsa, chimichurri, etc. I saw them cutting the veggies in the back but the lady at the front said they had run out. The one is Cutler Bay has the SAME issue. We won’t be returning to Chipotle any longer, we can never get th ingredients we want. You both need new management.
