Nice people work here, but chips are almost always stale and inedible. Atmosphere is very poor given how crowded it gets, and not well cleaned during the day. Too much salt. Used to buy here 3-4 times a week, but no longer – now monthly, maybe giving it up altogether.

I placed a large order to go: several steak tacos with lettuce and pico on the side. I was surprised to see the 4 1/2 pieces of steak on each taco. Here is a photo. Wish I could say they charged me 1/2 of the price since they barely put any meat. But they didn't. Check your to-go orders before you leave the store and ensure you are getting what you paid for.

This place is definitely trying to skim food off your order I asked for double meat and for them to not knock the food off the spoon since they don’t do it with anything else and the first scoop sure I’ll let it slide but when your paying as much as they are they still did it and then said it’s the portion size. They don’t knock anything else off just the meat.
I can’t say I’d want to come back here unless you want less food for your money. I basically got one whole scoop of food paying for double.

The portions served lately are unacceptable, I got served 4 chicken pebbles in my burrito. Counted. Asked for more since it was a ridiculous amount, staff was rude. Tried complaining to the manager and she completely disregarded what I had to say and walked away. 2/10 do not recommend coming here.

This location kills me every time with how inconsistent it is. Sometimes someone seems to have dropped a gallon of salt in the rice or beans. Other times I get brisket that was burnt beyond belief. How can you serve something like this and let it pass quality check????

This is the slowest chipotle I have ever been to. When I got their asked for a bowl with chicken. Server pointed to the grill and said it’s being cooked and they don’t have any right now. I had to wait 40 minutes before I could get my meal
