I recently visited this Chipotle location, and while the food was solid as always, there were some notable issues. If you don’t speak Spanish, you might struggle to get decent service. It felt like my questions were ignored, and the staff seemed indifferent. Additionally, the bathroom was dirty and had no paper, which is disappointing, especially considering it was only 12:15 PM. There’s definitely room for improvement in both service and cleanliness at this location.

I ordered a beef burrito on a wheat tortilla with black beans and brown rice. With the chips and guacamole and the fountain drink I paid $21. I would not have had a problem paying $21 except the chips sucked and the burrito was trash. The staff was exceptionally nice. The workers were really friendly and great but the experience was just sad. I did not stop at another Chipotle my entire time in Miami. Not sure I will ever visit Chipotle again. Which is really sad for me because...

When you go to the USA I highly recommend it! The food is great when it comes to fast food, it's a complete meal. Servers must be aware of the fact that tourists and foreigners will at least try to speak in basic English and they don't have much patience to explain how to assemble the snack to those who have never tried it.
