Crema Gourmet Espresso Bar

I’m from out of town, but do my best to go to Crema Gourmet Espresso Bar every time I’m in Miami! Everything is absolutely excellent. The atmosphere, service, and menu are five stars for me. I can’t recommend it enough!

Unacceptable and very pretentious to assume that a customer would wait 20 mins for coffee and croissants, nevertheless we did wait 45 mins. They brought us the 2 coffees which were just warm, by the time we got the croissants, coffee was cold. They offered New coffees which again took and extra 15 mins. We didn’t enjoy the croissants without the coffee, neither the coffees when finally came. A whole hour of disappointment.

The food and service was spectacular! The chocolate croissant was warm and crunchy - delicious! I would, however, make the tables a little bigger. It’s hard to accommodate the plates and everything else in such small space. Aside from that - would definitely recommend.

I’ve been coming here close to 2-3 a week, since I was introduced to this place. They make great coffee and matcha (which I order every single time, sometimes both), and everything I’ve tried on the menu is delicious (though I admit I haven’t tried everything because I’m a sucker for their Chicken and Mushroom pasta). The service is amazing, both during the week and on weekends, and everyone’s so kind and attentive. The atmosphere is great too. I’ve come to study, I’ve come to eat with family and friends, and sometimes I come just to sit and enjoy some time by myself for an hour or two. Admittedly my favorite place to come spend time and money willingly lol. Definitely worth checking out.

Everything is delicious..... the prettiest in the area!!! Excellent attention!!!! Super recommended!!! A special mention for Osiris, who was very helpfull!!!

This Pinecrest Crema Gourmet location is the best one! I have visited several in Miami and found the staff here to be the most kind and attentive. They remember you if you go back, and they make eye contact. Crema Gourmet does a Delicious butter croissant , as well as the adorable drawing of a heart made in the cream (in the hot latte served in a large cup). Try the lavender syrup in your latte. Also the smoothies are good, such as the Greek Stallion.

I love coming to Crema to eat breakfast with the family. The food is delicious and the service is great specially the service from Osiris that is the only one that goes beyond by giving extraordinary good service by asking us on MULTPLE occasion during our breakfast if we need anything else. This is a very happy place and her smile alone makes it happier. Thank you so much!!!

Crema has become my family’s regular Sunday after-mass spot. This is thanks to the delicious food options, beautiful ambiance, and especially the exceptional service. Osiris provides her special touch to the environment. She always asks how we are doing, coordinates seating so each guest can have a place to sit, and takes wonderful care of our dining experience. We love this cafe even more because of her!

Ozzy the manager is such a doll. On top of her team and personally taking care of the customers. Breakfast is phenomenal and the coffee is high quality. Can’t wait to return.
