I regret to say that my recent visit to this place left much to be desired. The food quality was not good. They took a long time to serve, and they brought the food out at different times, which left some of the party members watching the others eat and finish while they were still waiting for their food.

I'm a regular here. The place is very nice, soft music and the people working there are súper nice too. Unfortunately they changed the croissant receipe a few weeks ago, not so good anymore. The walnut croissant used to be amazing.

This is a great place for a quick, healthy bite. If you're just in the mood for a coffee or tea, they have tons of options. I had the chai latte with almond milk. It was the perfect blend of spice and sweet. There are also lots of breakfast and lunch options if you're feeling peckish. I tried the turkey scramble and fruit salad. It was delicious and satisfying. Everyone who works there is friendly and helpful. It has a great atmosphere for those who want to socialize or anyone who wants to fly solo.

Nice spot for a quick breakfast. The place has plenty of seating and fairly empty during the week. You order at the cashier and they bring the food and coffee to your table. The breakfast items are delicious and a good portion size. The coffee was excellent. Overall great place. Love to see new food options in Pinecrest.

We went to eat at Crema in Pinecrest because it was highly recommended by a colleague. It was a horrible experience, and we won’t be back. The food was delicious, but the service was horrendous. We got our drinks pretty quickly, and my son got his dessert and our scone. Then I got my meal, but I was the only one. I eventually had to start eating because it would get cold. My kids and husband didn’t get theirs until almost 40 minutes later. I had scrambled eggs; my daughter got her meal second, she had an egg sandwich; my husband and son had avocado toast. My son got his avocado toast but didn’t get his bacon or potatoes until about 15 minutes later. My husband's avocado toast didn’t have his eggs, so they had to send it back. Then my daughter didn’t get her chocolate croissant. Every time we would ask, they would say everyone came in at once. When we arrived, it was pretty empty. We ordered our food at 12:30 pm and didn’t get most of our food until about 1:15 pm. Everyone around us who arrived after we did was getting their meals. Then my daughter wanted to take the croissant to go, and instead of bringing her the bag, they took her croissant and wouldn’t return it. I finally had to say we want to leave, where is her croissant? A complete disaster with the service. Never again! And when we would complain, no one seemed to care.

The food was amazing but the service from the floor manager was awful. She seemed so bothered by us having a group of 6. She came up to me and my daughter started removing the food we were still eating. Then told me this is a in and out place not the type of place for large groups. She was extremely rude truly disappointed at the experience we were celebrating a birthday. She is less than helpful and keeps everyone on edge instead of making us feel comfortable.
I love Crema and am so happy a location opened up a bit closer to my house. I typically come here to get work done and love their coffee, kind and fast service and the food is delicious!

I am very pleased with the way a mistake on my order was addressed, I asked for extra eggs and feta but as I received my order I noticed that it was regular omelet. I want to praise Oszyris for her quick response even though it was a packed house. I received the correct order before I could even remember that I was waiting. On a different note I always feel welcome when I visit this Crema and the Ubereats deliveries are always on point! Keep up the great work!!!
