What happened to this place? I don't eat here often, but the last 3 visits have gotten worse and worse. Today, the 3 girls at the front were more interested in their phones and conversations between them than to tend to the customers. I ordered my go to Thai chicken wrap, sweet potato fries and a drink. No ice in the machine. I asked about it and I was told they had it in the back. One of the girls told the other she would put ice in the machine, but her back hurt and she couldn't lift the bucket (I'm not sure what was wrong with the other 5 employees I saw). As the other girl was getting my ice, she had to have a conversation with one of the others about something on their phone before she got my ice. I finally got my ice, but didn't get my regular. tea because I didn't want to ask for more ice when mine melted (the tea is usually hot and fresh) so I opted for the vitamin water out of the machine. I finally was called to get my food and it was so disappointing. The largest fry in the container was black it was so burnt (why couldn't they just pull that one out?), the chicken in the wrap was extremely dry, hard in some places like it was old and something in the wrap tasted burnt. There was hardly any sauce which didn't help. While I was waiting for my food, a guy came in and yelled at the girls at the counter that he called and was put on hold for 20 minutes. There was only one other customer besides two girls in a booth talking with no food from Evos in sight. I needed to use the bathroom before I left and there was boxes of inventory in the hallway of the bathroom scattered about. At least the ladies room was working this time, although there was no toilet paper or paper towels. While I was waiting for the restroom there were two more girls (employees) sitting in one of the tables near the bathroom talking about what "he" said and how it wasn't true (idk, but maybe do something other than chat? The bathroom needed paper, the boxes needed to be broken down clearly the girls in the front were occupied with each other and their phones and the ice machine needed ice.) I can't say it looked very clean either. All the trash receptacles had trays over them and were sealed off except for one (are they too lazy to clean more than one receptacle or are trash bags too expensive now?). Overall, extremely disappointing.

I absolutely love this place. Kindest people, tastiest food. They go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcomed. I just wish as a community we can help with the plastics, so they can use less plastic. All for one and one for all, for our Planet! ?

FOOD WAS DELICIOUS!! ONLY ISSUE WAS UBER, TOOK THEM A HOUR TO DELIVER MY FOOD WHICH WAS COLD( NOT RESTAURANTS FAULT) I SPOKE WITH JESSICA SHE WAS SO SWEET AND MANNER ABLE! I WILL BE EATING FROM EVOS AGAIN

Ordered through Uber eats. Vegetarian meal came with big chunks of bacon in it. Fries way too salty and ice cold, they also forgot an order of fries, but that worked out because they were gross.

I’ve come here since I was in highschool and I’m fully an adult now and the service has just gone downhill. This has happened twice to me (2 different girls) where the employees just blankly stare at you when it’s your turn in line. I’ve worked customer service you usually say hi and smile to a customer and that lets them know you can walk forward and are ready to take their order. They are stingy with ketchup lol. The food sometimes is cold. Main reason for low rating is the employees. Then they ask for a tip after being disgusted I was even in their presence :/

I am never going back. The person taking orders waited for the person in front of me to call home twice and chatted with her for a long time while I waited. She never apologized for anything. This order was to go and she did not put a fork in the bag nor napkins. I had to eat my salad with my hands!! I never leave comments but this woman provided enough of a bad service to bring me here. To make matters worse, the food does not feel healthy at all. There are much better options in Pinecrest, both in food quality and service. Leaving one star because the potion to leave zero is not there.

Terrible experience. Burger was pale and tasteless. Bread was cold. First and last time here. Fries were half cooked as well. Waste of time and money.

Food is good and more healthy than typical fast food, but service has really declined recently. Took me a half hour to get my food, they were out of a lot of menu items - with dinner for one person costing $20, I expect more.Parking: Parking can be a challenge in the evenings

First and last time coming. Nothing but teenagers waited 30 minutes to get my food and the rice was hard. Blonde girl with glasses had terrible customer service texting the whole time instead of helping just pathetic never going back

If the owner is wondering why the business on this location is not good this is the reason why. The Worst customer service ever, the cashier was lazy stop from one customer to other to check he cell phone on the back while customer needed to wait for her, the rest of the crew on the kitchen Taking their own time to prepare the food talking to each other no sense of urge at all and one was wearing bike shorts very unprofessional !!! All of them sims to me that they really don't care about their jobs or business sadly not even the Manager name Ana I ended canceling my order a total of $29.94 which may not mean anything to any of them Unfortunately o stars review

Ordered online using Google. after picking up my food, I notice it’s really cold but ehhwhatever BUT half the order is missing. I called to see if I was mistaken. The employee known as Bri, who seems to have the IQ of a leaf & the same person who gave me my order without double check it as well as had the hair, said “I don’t know what happened, it’s ready now though” I come back to get the 2nd half and ask Bri for a manager. She gives me a very obnoxious “what” and I repeat myself but she didn’t seem to comprehend the request. Again, a leaf. Thankfully Ana stepped in and apologized.I get back to work to see the bowl is missing ingredients and at this point I very much just want my money back and tried to return the food. I call and they alert me that they cannot refund me, I have to contact Google. All over Google, it says I have to get the money from the restaurant ? I explain this to Ana but she has no idea what to do and gave me the “head coaches” Jessica email and phone number….. not much help. And that she can’t deal with this because they have a rush of people, I look back to see 1 group of teen girls and maybe 2 other pairs of people….. Ana don’t work at chipotle, you’ll die. Also my day would have been just fine if your staff wasn’t so incompetent

Walked in and both of the staff members were rude. I asked where I order and didn’t even give me an answer. Then when I ordered, I wasn’t even spoken to. Food isn’t worth it either.

I never leave reviews but I had to for this one. In a sea of the monotonous deep fried fast food options, EVOS is a delicious alternative. They had numerous options for the meat eater, the vegetarian and the child in our family. If you are needing a quick healthy option, look no further!

I was looking for a new interesting place to go eat one evening and I found this place with a very bright, exciting, child-like happy environment. I tried ordering as healthy as possible and I got their salmon sandwich which actually "looked" nasty but tasted PRETTY hot unbelievable! It was moist and delicious and almost better than McDonald's fish sandwich. The best part about it was the extra moisture in the fish itself, that was certainly shocking compared to how dry it looked before even biting into it. They have a variety of interesting sauces, unbelievable sugar cane made cookies, and iced teas to choose from. Their menu looks extremely appealing and tempting to make me want to definitely come back here. I was also impressed by the way they tried keeping the place as clean as possible including sanitizers at every dining area (table). I was really the only person eating inside with like just 2 takeouts when I came in, and then on my way out people ..started coming in. Ya, I feel magnetic sometimes! I will definitely be back here. This was impressing. Nice little discovery.
