Absolutely abhorrent service and attitude and order accuracy both in English and Spanish of which I’m fluent in both. I am a very understanding person but my time is extremely limited on account of my profession(which they in no way respected whatsoever) I am more than likely never going to return. One of the Employees, Soraya was extremely accommodating to the situation. However, I was promised a refund and the burger and at the last minute I was berated by the manager saying that I can’t have both and he attempted a verbal altercation which I quickly de-escalated. I wouldn’t recommend this location to my worst enemy and I highly suggest that they improve they’re accuracy and customer service.

The bread with steak is very bad. The meat doesn't taste like anything.
The food and service are good and they give you more than enough fries. I still feel 5 guys is over priced and over rated. But overall it is good.
