What happened to this Jersey Mike's? The place is filthy. The condiments section was gross, the mayo had other food particals in it. The lady making the subs wiped her hair with the gloves she was wearing. There was a young guy who was providing great service. It used to be great. Sad.

recently visited this Jersey Mike location and the experience was unacceptable. The ceiling fan was extremely dirty with thick dust and debris that looked like it had been ignored for a very long time. It was right above the food preparation area which made it even more concerning. The air conditioner was not working and the store felt very hot, humid and uncomfortable for everyone inside. The employees looked like they were struggling and customers were sweating while waiting for their food. The service was very slow and my order took far longer than it should have.
This situation is not only unpleasant but also a serious sanitation concern. A restaurant should maintain a clean environment and provide a safe place for customers to eat. Seeing conditions like this makes me question the cleanliness of the entire store. I am very disappointed with the lack of care for the basic standards that a food establishment must follow.
I am giving this feedback because I believe it is important for the management to address these issues immediately. If these conditions do not improve I will have to contact the city to conduct a health inspection. Customers deserve a clean and comfortable experience when they choose to spend their money here. Until major improvements are made I cannot recommend this location to anyone.

No one’s going to eat in this place because it’s like eating in a sauna. I honestly just feel bad for the guys working there they make good subs but it’s like they work in a sweat shop it’s terrible. The owner of Jersey Mike’s should fix the A/C and give the poor guys who had to work in there a bonus.

After reading reviews about the overly hot conditions in the store, i'm editing my prior review. the owner of this jersey mikes should be ashamed of themselves for keeping such a hot workplace. your workers are sweating while they work into the food and it's all your fault. This is evil and abusive. I feel terrible for them.

For the last few months whenever I walk in theres an immense heat that hits me as I open the door. The workers are drenched in sweat. However they still provided me with amazing consumer service. I cant help but feel so bad for these workers and its just drives away business because no one wants to stay inside. When i asked how hot it was i was told it was 99 degrees!! This is just outrageous not for the employees but for the customers as well. Ive been going less and less because of this. I hope the AC gets fixed soon.

Amazing food and staff! Wonderful customer service. This would be enough for a five star review but the heat that overcomes you when you walk into the store is unbearable. Nobody should be subjected to working in an environment like this. This not only drives away business, but also creates an uncomfortable workplace environment for the staff. The lowest the store’s temperature gets is around 80 degrees, and can get up to at least 95. This has been going on for MONTHS and every time I walk in it’s like a sauna. This is not a criticism on the staff or company, but owners and people in charge should take more time to care for their employees and customers.

My first time at Jersey Mike's in years and, unfortunately, I was not impressed. It didn't help that my regular-sized combo cost almost $16, which is overpriced for the quality you're getting. Service was indifferent. Overall, an okay place to get an overpriced sub.

All around great place. This was my first time eating at a Jersey Mike's... coworkers kept recommending them. The service was prompt and friendly. The ingredients looked fresh and the sandwich tasted great! It reminds me of what Subway used to be about 20 years ago. I highly recommend Jersey Mike's (especially this location) for your sandwich cravings.
