Jersey Mike's is usually the best subs anywhere, not this location!Meat is spoiled and sandwiches are not made by the usual Mike's standards.Difficult to communicate with staff, no English and loud Spanish music playing.Had to throw out food because of the awful taste.

Lately, the wait times have seriously stretched out, even with multiple employees often just hanging around. Interestingly, the food quality has gone down, and despite the extended wait, the sandwiches haven't been as ordered. I mean, if I ask for a cheese steak and end up with chicken, something's seriously off. Bread is often quite dry and full of corn flour on the outside; moreover, I've often had sandwiches that lack ingredients or are skimpy. Overall, it's just aggravating to drop over $60 on sandwiches and then get multiple orders wrong.

I just ordered an Italian sub aasked for jalapeño peppers and onion well super disappointed that I only got 3 pieces of jalapeño peppers and 1 strip of onion. WTF is wrong with the person that fixed my sandwich is there a shortage? For as much as they charge me I should have gotten a lot more than that. It's not the first time either. PISSED!!!!

Ordered Jersey Mike's for dinner. I got the turkey and provolone sub in a tub with all of the fix ins. I was pleasantly surprised to see that you still get a great amount of cheese/meat with the sub in a tub. Overall I'll definitely be ordering this again!

I was about a month ago at the Coral Gables location or near that area, sometimes I do Uber Eats and that day the app sent me there to pick up an order. When I arrived, the restaurant only had two girls preparing the orders with all the calm in the world, without any rush or attitude of service or haste, being a restaurant with a fast food concept. Next to me were two gentlemen also with the intention of picking up their deliveries, one of them had been sitting there for more than twenty minutes waiting, fed up! The other (the three of us were discussing the strange situation) canceled the order and left, because obviously he would have to wait a long time. There was no one to prepare the orders for the applications, the restaurant was empty, only one of the girls was serving the public that was there, a very calm lady and the other girl, quietly storing and packing ham. A completely outrageous and unacceptable attitude. As they heard that the other driver and I were complaining in shock about the slowness and bad service, we also assumed that it was about very young girls, lack of training and that there really is a lack of staff there, but they heard us talking and got upset. When they finally deigned to start preparing the orders online, I asked one of them if my order was ready or if the one she was preparing was mine and she responded badly, very badly, as if she was doing me a favor or like it was wrong to ask. The other, who didn't help or do anything, who was putting ham away, or putting something on and taking it off, got in very rude to tell me that she had heard our complaints and comments (those of the driver who left and me!) and what did she think that we were disrespectful, and my order was still not made !! The most incredible and unheard of thing that I have seen in bad service and I let him know very upset. When they delivered my order and I ran to my car, the Uber Eats customer called me (he was very polite) worried about how long it had taken me and that his pregnant wife was waiting for his food !! Good thing I accept my apologies, my shame and I was able to deliver your order without problems. That restaurant is THE WORST THING I HAVE SEEN IN MY LIFE in terms of customer services, they don't train their staff, they don't hire people... do you think having moderately tasty food is enough? I don't even want them as gifts! Marianela A.
