Wonderful salad place for a quick pick up take your time and look over the menu. There’s so many things. I didn’t order correctly the first time but I will try it again very clean great staff.

Very disappointing experience. I placed an online order with a scheduled pickup time of 5:19 PM. As usual, I gave it an extra five minutes before heading inside, assuming the food would be ready. Unfortunately, like every other time I’ve ordered from this location, it wasn’t. Instead, I was asked to show proof of my order only for them to begin preparing it after I arrived. What’s the point of online ordering if the food isn’t ready on time?
Even worse, I didn’t receive my order until 5:33 PM well past the scheduled pickup. As someone on a tight schedule, this completely defeats the purpose of pre-ordering.
And to top it off, I found a hair in my food. That completely ruined the experience for me. Staff handling food should absolutely be wearing proper hair nets regardless of gender.
I couldn’t even finish my meal. I usually enjoy Just Salad, but this location really needs to step up its standards. Extremely disappointed.

I love the just salad Pinecrest location. The team is outstanding and so friendly. The location is always spotless It’s such a great place to take friends and family. The salads are the BEST! If you haven’t been to the Pinecrest location you’re missing out!! Try it and you will see what I’m saying ! I’m going back tomorrow
