I was so impressed that I made the trip to Pinecrest Market just to indulge in it again. The texture was creamy and rich, and the selection of toppings was outstanding. Plus, the customer service was top-notch, making the whole experience even better.
I wholeheartedly approve of Kool Treats by Mama Dukes Acai Bowl. It’s worth every penny! If you're a fan of acai bowls, this is definitely a must-try!

I have always loved coming to Mama Dukes, but my recent experiences coming to the Pinecrest location have been terrible. The past few times coming here I haven’t been treated with the best customer service and my açaí bowls have not tasted the best. Today was my last straw as when I got to the stand to order a young woman seemed too preoccupied to even take my order and instead handed me the order card for me to do it myself. And to top it off she got our orders WRONG! When we told the young woman she didn’t take us seriously and just laughed at us, which was extremely unprofessional. Additionally the overall presentation of our bowls was horrendous, they were all messy and the mango wasn’t even cut in tiny slices, it looked messy and it tasted terrible. I do NOT recommend coming to this location they always get something wrong and their customer service needs work. I do on the other hand recommend going to the Coral Reef Location. I will only be going there from now on and urge everyone to do so as well.

Had them at their booth at the air show on MDW. Can't speak to the owner but one of her employees was terrible. I asked for 5 scoops of the same ice cream and they had a price os $15 for 5 scoops and each additional cup was $1. He let me know the total was $18 since he served three scoops in one cup and two scoops in the other. He refused to honor the prices and said it was "too late to do 5 scoops in one" since he had already put the two scoops in a separate cup. I informed him that is why I wanted the extra cup, to move the scoops into my own cup so the result would have been the same. Refused to honor his prices over $2. Also, gelato not kept very cold as 25% of it melted within 3-4 minutes. Would not go back for the poor customer service.
